In a small, old hut, a young kid jolted awake in the middle of the night, gasping for air. His expression was a mixture of sadness, anxiousness and pain. He looked around him, confused.
'Where am I?' the kid thought to himself.
Fang Rii scanned the foreign yet familiar surrounding. His thoughts were still muddled. Suddenly, an indescribable pain assaulted his head. He can't help but clasp his eyes shut, holding his head tightly.
Countless images flooded his mind. Memories he thought he had long forgotten. His whole life seemingly flashing before his very eyes. Each emotions and sensations so vividly clear.
In the majority of them, there was always a handsome man with flowing long hair. Smiling gently and warmly at him. And, as if reassuring him, the man placed his forehead against his.
Miraculously, the pain vanished. But the image of the man was still fresh in his mind. His gentle and kind eyes, his warm smile and his voice full of love.
"Brother." Fang Rii unconsciously whispered.
Then, he realized that tears were streaming down his face. He was crying. He hurriedly wiped his face with his hand but, for some reason, his tears continued flowing freely.
He cried and cried until his tears ran dry. His heart felt stuffy. Full of sadness, pain, and longing. And when he finally stopped crying, the sun had already rose.
It was then that he noticed a very peculiar detail. He shrunk. His hands, feet, head; his whole body shrunk.
'I turned into a kid.' He thought in disbelief.
He stared at his hands with a stunned expression. Now that his head was a bit clearer, he was finally able to recognize his surroundings.
"This was my parent's old house." Fang Rii commented.
The rundown walls, ceiling full of holes, broken furnitures; everything was exactly the same. It was as if he was really inside their old house.
"But that's impossible. Back then, those people my parents owed a debt with destroyed the house right in front of me. And that was centuries ago." He whispered, confused.
He remembered that moment clearly. It was the reason why he became a homeless beggar before so how could he ever forget?
He was just 7 years old at that time, but the other party heartlessly destroyed his only sanctuary. That was why he came back years later to make them pay.
So how was it that he woke up to his supposedly already destroyed house?
"I came back... It wasn't that I turned into a kid, it's that I returned to the past. Back to when I'm still a seven years old kid." Fang Rii concluded in disbelief.
He revealed a slightly lost expression. The notion sounded impossible but it was the only explanation he can come up with. The last thing he remembered was fighting someone in the Heavenly Realm, then, suddenly he was here.
In the middle of his pondering, a thought crossed his mind.
'Doesn't this mean I can save Big Brother?'
Suddenly, Fang Rii's expression brightened. It doesn't matter wether this was caused by some unexplainable phenomenon. As long as he can see his big brother again, he'll gratefully accept it.
With that, he began planning for the future events he can remember.

At the same time, several thousand miles away. At the Wang Clan, a similar occurrence can be witnessed.
The twins, Wang Lishu and Wang Yue, suddenly woke up with a headache. Before they simultaneously burst into tears. Their parents, the clan heads, were nearly scared to death.
Then their expression abruptly turned bright after they calmed down. Their parents exchanged glances with a bizarre expression on their faces.
Similarly, at the basement of the Jade Merchant Pavilion, three of the newly acquired slaves undergone the same experience.
Meili, Xiu, and Loufeng looked at each other then simply nodded. Coming to an understanding without needing to say anything.
