She was… she was… she was where? She couldn't remember. It had been so long since she saw the sun, she almost forgot what it looked like. The only thing she remembered was the pain of betrayal. She couldn't even remember her name… did she even have a name? She assumed she had been drifting through this darkness for centuries, while in actuality it was only just over 8 years. She was pondering her existence when out of the corner of her eye she saw a bright white light. She turned towards it and tried to steer her momentum towards it. After a few minutes of effort she saw that the light was getting brighter. She let her self float towards the light to conserve what little energy she had left. Around 30 minutes later, she could see inside the light, and what she saw was a family in their living room laughing happily together. She reached out to touch the light, and when her fingers touched the surface, she felt the light filling her body… and it hurt like a needle in your eye, everywhere on her body at the same time. When she tried to pull her hand off of the light, she noticed that her body no longer followed her commands, and her disobedient body started to put more and more of itself on the light, and she found that eventually the light stopped hurting her, and instead started to warm her. As soon as she relaxed, the light immediately assaulted her mind. After a lengthy struggle with the light, she failed to protect herself, and the light absorbed her body and soul.
