"I can't believe you took in a demon as one of the sisters!"
"What did you expect of me to do, Michael? Let him suffer his and his sister's burden for the rest of his life alone?!" Uriel yelled at the archangel before she walked back to her chamber, which was separated into five huge rooms to fit their enormous sizes compared to other angels. Five rooms were divided into two on each side, while the fifth was at the far end. The right side had two doors, the first room led to the bedroom and the other to the bathroom. As for the left side, one room led to the dining room, and the other led to the battlefield, which fits her and her strength. At the far end, a door surrounded by darkness stood there, on the other side was what each archangel and their vessels needed.
Uriel took big steps while her long, burning fire hair flew behind her, Michael went after her until she reached her bedroom. When she held the knob, Michael held her hand, "let go."
"You don't understand what you will bring upon yourself, Uriel" she flinched at the call of her name, it was rare for him to call anyone by their name unless it was something very important or dangerous.
Uriel turned to face him with daggers stabbing him, he stared at her golden eyes that were glowing from anger. He sighed before he shook his head and turned to look back at her, "Uriel, that demon is not what you think."
"I don't know what you think about him, what I know is that poor little thing is repenting and seeking salvation and you are here banning him from doing so" she rose on the tip of her toes to reach Michael's chin to meet his eyes and tap him on his chest with her long and slender fingers.
"No, no, you can't do that. He's far from forgiveness!"
"And how do you know that?!"
"Because Hun is-!!"
"Archangels! Oh, Archangels! Thy came with a horrifying warning!"
"What is the problem?" Michael went back to his usual cold self and stared down at the bowing angel, "The Demon King! The Demons' King is here!!"
"Oh God, who we gave our life for, hear thy voice from above, help what thou need, against the forsaken beast thee damned for life. Protect thou, souls, from its darkness, one that swallowed millions nay us, yet. Let thee light protect us, thee archangels. Amen," Michael finished his prayers while The Demons' King walked toward them with darkness looming behind him.
"Michael! Gorgeous Uriel! Long time no see!"
"State your purpose, Demon King."
"Ah, cold as ever. Fine~ My flying little ears heard some news about one of my demons residing in one of your temples" he smirked while his eyes glowed red. Uriel flinched behind Michael, she started to wonder about the reason why Michael wanted her to let him go, it was probably because the demon king wanted him.
But she remembers clearly that Hun's sister, Oriana, was the one favored by him, "and if I don't?" Michael said making Uriel comes back to her senses and focus on the conversation between the two.
"That's new" The Demons' King opened his eyes widely at the new drama unfolding in front of him. Michael is known for being the strongest among all Archangels. While the others get emotional fast and forgive faster, Michael can control his emotions and never forgives unless things are fixed and are in the order they should be, "what happened to the 'no demons forgiven' Archangel? Are you losing your touch, Michael?" He grinned like a maniac and his body started to tremble from excitement especially after seeing Michael's eyes glow darker, that was the only time when he would become terrifying like that, press the wrong buttons and you won't be free from his horrifying monstrous attacks.
"Demons' King, leave" Gabriel showed up from behind with Raphael beside her, "you're not allowed in this holy land, even if it's for a short talk" her eyes glowed red alarming she was close to causing a destructive attack that might ruin Uriel's chamber.
"Fine~ Fine~ I'm leaving~ Have a lovely day Archangels" he walked away and when he was far enough, he whispered, "and may calamity and blood follow you after" he smirked. The four shivered before they looked at each other worriedly.
"Michael?" Uriel called for him, her sad glowing golden eyes staring up at him making his heart aches, "I'm sorry, I- I will-"
"Don't" he cut her in the middle, "we have to protect Hun from him no matter what. This will be our responsibility until that little thing is strong enough to protect himself against anyone."
The three looked at each other and nodded their heads in agreement, they know full well that Michael's words aren't an order, nor a wish, but a request from a brother to save everyone from a creeping danger.
"Uriel? Make him stay in your temple, even after his soul is cleansed. He must never reach The Demons' King's hands or we're all far gone" he expressed worriedly.
Uriel saw his eyes shiver for a second before they went back to normal. She wondered, what does he know, and they don't? Why isn't he explaining his reasons as always? How does he know Hun in the first place? Have they ever met before? But where? They always remained together so if someone was away, the rest would notice right away.
"Michael-? Where is he?"
"He just left to his temple" Gabriel replied before she took Raphael back to his chamber to rest after another long day in the human's timeline.
"Then I guess my answer will come in another day" she mumbled before she finally entered her bedroom to rest. The darkness that had come with The Demon's King still lingered so she needed to call for four angels to clean the hall, "I need to check on Hun"
