With the story hitting over 50 k on Webnovel and 1 k on Wattpad, we decided we should give a chapter thanking everyone reading.
WRITER 2
Writer 2 here, emerging from the darkness to make an appearance and for such an amazing reason as well. As of originally writing this it has only been five months since myself and Writer 1 hit post on publishing this. As mentioned in previous posts this story has already hit so many milestones along the way and to be now saying that we can officially celebrate a major milestone with our readers is something so magical. (wishing I could invite you all to a party to celebrate, I would bring cake)
There was once a point where this story was a simple passion project between friends and back then both myself and writer 1 would have laughed or even dare, I say it, been horrified that something we had done was out for the public to see on the internet. So, to now be writing this as a matter of appreciation for how far this story has come is absolutely shocking looking back. This story has evolved and changed over the course of its journey. From being between two friends to where it is now is breathtaking. It's only been five months as of writing this since originally hitting publish on the first chapter on February second, 2023, and to now be able to say that others are also part of it's journey and also the fact that soo many of you are all also a part of this stories journey now and will continue to join as it grows is truly amazing. It really does make sense as to why writer 1 handed over some of the responsibility for this gratitude post responsibility to me because it is truly hard because trying to sum up just how grateful, amazed, shocked, thankful, appreciative, every word we both combined could possibly use into one nice coherent single post is difficult.
But none the less it is for what should be obvious reasons so important to not only us as writers but also all of our readers to at least try and show our gratitude for you being here reading Amare Flos wherever it may be in it's journey with us. We would quite literally be nothing without each and every single one of you, so yes while we may have pointed out and shouted out a few people who have particularly caught our eye we do take note of every single one of our readers even if you don't leave a comment or upvote or any other form of your physical show of appreciation. We do feel and will continue to feel the love and support and appreciation of all. We see you and we love you 馃挋馃挋馃挋
Not to sound like we only care to be famous but just being able to see our view count go up each time we post means the world to both myself and writer 1, we didn't think we could ever get over a couple hundred views, let alone receive the amount of feedback and comments and titbits we have.
Remembering there is an actual real live person behind the screen who is getting to read this and all of our chapters that we have worked on is so shocking, then adding on how many of you can and have gotten to and will continue to read this is almost coma inducing.
We are so thankful to all of you, words can't do justice to how we feel about getting to share this story with all of you, but hopefully I have made at least a good enough start. Again, we truly would be nothing without each and every single one of you and this post can only try and give justice to how grateful we are to you. 馃挋馃挋馃挋
P.S As of writing this it is June so HAPPY PRIDE MONTH SHOUT OUT TOO ALL THAT CELEBRATE THIS APPLIES NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF YEAR YOU READ THIS if you don't like the fact I added this in you don't get a slice of my imaginary cake for the party to celebrate this milestone only the story is set in the 1910 it's 2023 as I am writing this move on there are bigger issues in the world then hating on minority groups for existing

Yo it's Writer 1 (YourTearsAreMyFuel) here. You might be wondering why my response is under Writer 2's one, and it's mostly because she probably has much nicer things to say and will be a lot more nice to read, as for me I'm not so good at being nice, but I'll try my hardest. At the time I'm writing this, our story is doing some crazy numbers, 1000 on Wattpad, 54.9 k on Webnovel, 400 on Ao3 and 966 on Fanfic.net. These numbers are INSANE and I cannot believe we've reached this far.
Now that I'm done with the buttering up, I'm going to give you my raw opinions.
I honestly thought we'd reach 1000 views on Wattpad so much faster, but the process of uploading and writing has really showed me how much hard work you have to put into a weekly uploading schedule, and I admit I'm not perfect, I have been sloppy sometimes and uploaded on Saturday instead of Friday. I think the fact we've hit 1000 views on Wattpad is just mind blowing to me, even if it is slower than I thought. I can't help but think that 1000 views isn't that much? Compared to all these other books with 1 million it feels a bit weird celebrating 1000, but I think Writer 2 has really helped me in appreciating the small achievements and the journey towards hitting your goal. In saying that of course I don't want to over glamour my thank you as if I've been given a million dollars, but I do want to genuinely say THANK YOU FOR READING THIS STORY. When we first discussed uploading this story to the internet for everyone to see, I was a bit hesitant but now that we've hit all these milestones I feel a little reassured.
I appreciate everyone who has and will read this story, whether they've been reading since day one or they're reading 7 years from now. I cannot wait to see how many fans are pulled in by our story. I really don't have the words for this moment, and that's another I let Writer 2 go first, she's way better at this than I am. So don't take it personally if I sound like I'm not excited or hyped for this moment. I really am, it's just I don't know how to express it. If i had to summarise everything I've said, it'd probably be, Thank you so much for all these crazy numbers on all our different platforms, I really am grateful for everyone who has read even a word of our story.
