It's been what I can only estimate as a month since I bought the leather vest and boots from the systems store. In that time, I have trained myself and got the axe head accustomed to battle with the frogs. During that month I've killed axe heads and arachnids and also a new type of monster I've not seen before. It looked like a mutated monkey with fur, that was a weird shade of gray. Its claws were so sharp that I feared if I ever got too close to it that it would bisect me.
With the fur from what I'm gonna call gray apes I used their fur to make much better beds for me and the frogs and the axe head. I also used their fur to make coats in case whenever winter hits we would be prepared. Their claws were also handy materials which I used to make daggers. I had also leveled up {Biological Soldiers} to level 3 which means I now control nine frogs. Looking at my status I can't help but just feel pride from my growing strength.

I've grown this month in strength and numbers. Soon the time to attack the arachnid's nest will be upon me, and I will be ready. The axe head will play a key point in this attack as its size will intimidate the spiders. I shall leave two frogs here to guard the base as it'll be left unprotected while me and the axe head and seven frogs attack the arachnid nest. I don't want to take chances of our home being raided by the gray apes, as when we fought them, they looked interested in my weapons that I've created for the frogs.
If I want to attack the spider's nest, I am going to need a plan. The spider's nest is situated underneath a big tree where they dug out a kind of burrow underneath it where they just rest. The only flammable thing we have is wood. Now my plan Is that we gather a bunch of wood and block the entrance of the nest and light it on fire to where they basically just die from lack of oxygen. With the axe heads help and the axes I have already made we were able to gather a huge amount of wood. Now all that we need to do now is transport it near the nest. Once we try to block the nest entrance, we will kill anything that's in our way and give them enough time to block it so I can light it.
It took me about one day to build what is essentially a sled to carry and transport the wood by having the axe head drag it while me and the seven frogs sort of just surround it and guard it until we reach our desired location. When we dropped off the wood, I had also left three frogs to keep an eye on the nest and come back to alert me that it was time to strike. Well, those three frogs are watching the nest. I decided to make a flint and steel so I could light the wood.
It's been about a week where I was just waiting for the frogs to alert me with the horn, I made out of an axe head variant where the axe-like appendages on its head were replaced with horns. I gave them the horn about two days ago to alert me when it was time to strike. While I was playing a type of board game that I made by carving little figurines out of wood on a wooden board I suddenly heard a bellowing noise of a horn coming from the direction of the nest. "WHOOOOORRRRR"
"I hear the call. I'll take the bait. Ok everybody suit up axe head you're in front." I yelled out the order.
We started marching and I can't help but feel that we will suffer casualties in this battle. When we reached the area we had left the wood we collected I could hear fighting in the distance, possibly the three frogs fighting an arachnid that heard the horn. I and the four frogs I brought with me moved to Surround the axe head so it could pull the sled of wood without being hindered. When we were about to reach the nest, I felt my connections to two of the frogs of the three I had left to keep watch of the nest sever.
