In this realm, you will harden your body about 30 times and, as before, in each realm, you will make your body more resistant. In the third realm your body will be three times as tough as the previous one.

Will harden the body about 3 times and your body will be more resistant to heat and cold by more than 40 percent.

In this realm, you will refine your internal organs 3 times and harden your body 6 times, the body will be more resistant to heat and cold by approximately 10 percent more.

Emperor's Body (3 realms):
In this realm, you will refine bones 3 times and harden the body by 120 percent. Resistant to thermal conductivity, it is possible to touch lava and nothing will happen to you.

Great Emperor's Body (3 realms):
In this realm, you will harden your body 3 times more than before. This realm is the pinnacle of body cultivation and is the goal of many body cultivators. It is so tough that you will be able to fight on equal terms with a Nirvana cultivator.
