Speed Blitz is a skill all about, well, speed! it can increase the users speed up to 10,000%
of course, it has its downsides, it can cause extreme pain to the user, and also make them faint, collapse, or go into a coma, it has a cooldown of 1 month, and a usage time of 3 seconds +1 per level. The special perk of it is it also envelopes the user in a lightning aura that protects the user from elemental attacks, but not physical, the user can alter how much speed they can use with higher levels, but that requires a more refined body type. The reason Wil cant use it? He doesnt have a strong body, he has a weak mind, and the skill is to low leveled.
