Damien fell to the ground as his vision swam, he saw Dazai signing at Ango to stay away.
Damien knew that the syringe was not a sedative, He clenched his jaw as his head started hurting, it felt like needles were being pierced in his brain, "What the fuck did you inject?" He groaned.
"It'll bring your memories" Dazai gasped.
"Why does it matter? You are gonna die anyway" Damien said.
Dazai laughed weakly, "I still have time"
Damien shook his head and groaned as the pain got worse, "I don't need my memories back"
Dazai didn't answer and damien, through the pain saw his eyes closing slowly, it seemed like Dazai was fighting to stay awake, Damien felt a pang in his chest seeing him like that.
Damien groaned again and closed his eyes, the pain was getting worse.
Damien stifled a yell as he felt a dagger peirce his brain, pictures swam infront of him, they passed too quickly for him to decipher them but again, he could see one face clearly, a child who looked no older than 3, dark eyes, that screamed trouble.
Then a scene played infront of him, he was hugging someone and whispering to them, "I will be back, I don't care, I will run away, we WILL meet again Dazai, just wait" He backed up and the persons face came into focus, he focused on the eyes, and felt a pang, he had the eyes of the person he had juts killed.
Damien didn't realize he was screaming in anguish, another memory resurfaced.
He was struggling on a bed on which he was tied on while people were standing over him, he was screaming, "LET ME GO!! BRING BACK MY BROTHER, I NEED TO GO BACK!!"
They completely ignored him and he fainted.
Damien came back to his senses and stopped screaming, he gasped and crawled towards Dazai.
