Thud.. Thud... My heart was beating fast and he bit straight at my neck, Ahhhhhhhhh.....
As usual I just finished having that strange dream and the dream was looking more and more realistic. I came down from my bed and crept silently towards the kitchen for water, the floor was cold and hard. And just again, I felt that ominous feeling that something bad was about to happened but I shrugged it off.
I poured myself a glass of watered and looked outside the window, I could see a shadow lucking around and when I looked clearly it was a man and a woman, if you didn't look at them clearly you would think they were making out but that wasn't the case the man was sucking blood from the woman's neck and then dropped her lifeless body on the cold ground.
I used my hand to cover my mouth to stop my self from screaming but the blood sucker or maybe vampire immediately looked at me straight in the eye, my face paled immediately and I felt as if my blood stopped circulating, before I could think of shouting I fainted and fell flat on the ground.
When I opened my eyes it was already in the morning I could see my parents and my little sister worried face hovering over me. Are u alright! do u need a glass of water? why were you on the floor last night? Are u hurt? Why didn't you wake when we tried to wake you up. The only thing that came out from my mouth was why was I on the floor last night? My mum and laurel looked at themselves and then at me.
Then immediately I remembered last night incident and got scared immediately." Desny are u alright my mum asked". Am alright, seems like I just slipped yesterday, I lied , I didn't want her to be worried about me.
Alright go downstairs i have prepared breakfast , I looked at laurel byvmy left who wasn't convinced and was still worried. She raised me up from the bed and supported me downstairs.
Later that night my mum called me from my room and sent me to go and get her some foodstuff from the market, I collected the money from her and went out, I haven't gone far when the rain started pouring heavily, since I wasn't too far from home I ran back to carry umbrella on getting home what I saw gave me the shock of my life, it was my mother lifeless body sprawled on the ground
