On the first run I just barely got two because the Ogres were between level 35 and 40 and the boss was just level 50, but my close-range skills were the ones that grew the most along with Dragon Fire and Dragon Lightning because I used a Fire Sword in one hand and a Lightning Blade, which I renamed to Chidori by the way because it sounded like it and it was more practical to say Chidori than Lightning Blade, in the other.
Because I constantly used the stone weights while fighting and increased their mass as I advanced, the amount of time that passed in between gaining another point remained constant. As a result, my physical stats also increased by five.
Due to the length of the session and the prolonged combat, I was able to raise the levels of Sword Mastery, Dual Wielding, and Hand-to-Hand Combat during that session.
Additionally, due to the fact that I was using swords in both hands and mixing my fighting with kicks, I was able to raise the levels of Sword Mastery, Dual Wielding, and Hand-to-Hand Combat. Hand-to-Hand Fighting was boosted by ten points, while Sword Mastery and Dual Wielding both rose by five points.
In addition, I was able to raise both Flash Step and Mana Shield to a reasonable degree since I alternated between using them when I was being assaulted by ogres.
Because the Ogres hated me and were constantly attacking me, Flash Step increased by ten levels, while Mana Shield increased by five levels.
Additionally, Detect Bloodlust and Sense Danger each increased by five levels as a result of the constant attacks.
In the end, I was able to raise my Wisdom skill to 100 after gaining two levels from killing all of those ogres and the boss. Even Ddraig couldn't fault me for getting a hard dick this time because I finally had enough points to do so.
[After you reach level 100 in Wisdom, the ability formerly known as "Mana Regeneration" will now be known as "Mana Factory"!
When you attain level 100 in WIS, the talent formerly known as "Basic Elemental Knowledge" transforms into "Advanced Elemental Knowledge."
The skill 'Familiar' has been unlocked for you as a reward for getting your WIS score up to 100!
You have earned the skill 'Harmony' by obtaining a score of 100 or more on the WIS!
After earning 100 on the Wisdom skill, you will now have access to the Empathy skill!
Manufacturing of Mana. Passive. Lvl Max. An ability that facilitates rapid recovery of one's maximum health points and is granted to individuals of unique heritage. Increase of 200% in the amount of MP regenerated.
Knowledge of the Elements at an Advanced Level. Passive. Lvl Max. You have acquired a more profound comprehension of both yourself and the world around you, and as a result of this comprehension, you have acquired the innate ability to control the elements of wind, fire, lightning, earth, and water.
The cost of elemental skills has been lowered to a fourth. Elemental talents damage output rises by 200%.
Active/Passive, Highest Level, Familiarity. The person of this skill is able to deeply connect with an animal and link their souls to their own through the process of tying the animal's spirit to their own.
After being bonded in this way, the animal's aura responds to changes in the user's aura, reacting to those changes or even reflecting them to accomplish a variety of effects.
When the user calls out to their Familiar, regardless of the distance between them, the Familiar will immediately begin making their way to the spot that is required of them as swiftly as they can.
It is possible to openly communicate one's goals to the Familiar, and the Familiar is resistant to any and all status effects that might render it hostile towards the user.
Every time the user levels up, the Familiar also levels up an equivalent number of levels. It is never permissible for the Familiar to have a level that is higher than that of the user.
When a Familiar has been chosen, the choice can no longer be altered until after the Familiar has passed away. The degree of familiarity with Familiar is significantly raised.
Harmony. Passive. Lvl Max. A talent bestowed upon a select group of individuals who are endowed at birth with an extraordinary insight into the patterns of mana and a strong affinity for the elements. Mixing ingredients thoroughly enables the elements to fuse into more complex structures.
The average of each of the component affinities is used to calculate the elemental affinities. Provides protection from attacks made by many elements.
The resistance to a particular element is equivalent to the average resistance to all of the element's constituent elements. All Elemental Attacks now require 50% less MP than before.
Empathy. Active. Lvl 1 [0.0%]. This is a talent that is given to those who are born with a natural awareness of the people around them; it is the capacity to sense the feelings that other people are experiencing. Increases in a person's Wisdom both broaden and deepen the use of this talent. Range: 1 kilometre. [At a cost of 200 MP.]
Well, so before we go any further, let me explain what this meant to me. The effect of Mana Factory was self-explanatory in that it quadrupled my base MP R, and the effect of Advanced Elemental Knowledge was that it boosted the effectiveness of using elemental attacks as well as the effects they produced.
The power to bind any form of creature to me as my familiar granted me the ability to passively share experience with that creature, along with my skills and the option to distribute its stat points anyway I saw fit.
Nothing about the familiars I saw in the Familiar Forest piqued my curiosity, and contrary to what is depicted in the canon, I had no desire to ride Ryuuteimaru because it was nothing more than a glorified carriage.
Although though I planned to acquire it at some point in the future due to its usefulness, I decided that I did not want to use it as my familiar since I wanted something more... focused on the fight.
Because to Harmony, I was able to launch an infinite number of elemental assaults without ever needing to worry about running out of my maximum health or mana pool.
It will also make it simpler for me to combine components and enhance the qualities of those components than it would have been for me to do things the traditional way, but I was going to do that for a later time.
In addition to this, it took the average of the sum of all of my affinities and made that my base affinity for all of my current elements. This meant that my base affinity to Fire, Wind, Lightning, Water, Earth, Darkness, and Light were all 33.
And when you factored in the advantages provided by my tools and my expertise... well, you get the picture. It is no longer necessary for me to be concerned about the expense of using elemental assaults.
It was a blessing to find out that Empathy was a dynamic talent rather than a passive one. During combat, it might be helpful for me to know what anyone was feeling (the ability Observe only revealed what emotions they were currently experiencing; it did not reveal all of their feelings), as this would allow me to partially predict their next movement. However, it might also be exhausting and annoying to constantly feel everyone's emotions.
My initial run's treasure also provided me with a couple more items that came in handy. I was awarded a King Ogre's Magical Tiger Print Undies, an Ogre Hammer, an Ogre Magical Club, an Ogre Fashionable Magical Hat, a number of MP and HP potions, and ultimately a half a million bucks. Even though it was a common item, the Ogre Hammer had a respectable amount of power, so I kept it in my inventory.
