ugh, this fucking hurt.
I looked around and saw all those people and got nervous. I clenched my fist and felt the sword's handle in my hand.

When Jack was daydreaming zombies started slowly mowing him. All zombies are slower than normal humans so it is easy to outrun them but they never feel exhausted.
Jack finally noticed that the zombie is getting closer to him.

Jack moved the sword to both hands and changed his posture.

Zombie slowly closed the distance between them, giving Jack time to properly look at his opponent. He barely stopped himself from vomiting because of the grotesque and disgusting look of the zombie.

Jack missed and his sword hit the ground. Hit was strong enough to knock the sword out of his hand. Stunned Jack stayed in place as he couldn't comprehend what happened now.
Luckily the combination of the zombies' momentum and this hit crushed its head on the wall that Jack was on earlier.

He stored to think what to do as he waited for a zombie to move away from the sword.
After a minute Jack runs to the sword bypassing the zombie with a bloody face.
Jack took the sword in his hands and got closer to the zombie.

Jack moved close enough to make the zombie Rush at him this time he sidestepped and waited to attack. After he adjusted his aim he cut the zombie but because of unstable hands attack wasn't lethal.
- Tsk this was a good situation but a bad attack. This sucks he has talent but I can't recruit him as this will undermine my authority.
After a few more close situations like that, Jack could finally cut off one hand of the zombie, but the price for it was exhaustion that didn't allow him to move as fast as earlier.

With an exhausted and adrenaline-pumped brain, and a humbled attitude he was finally thinking clearly and he know what the leader want to hear.

- I always heard that people who had near-death experiences. have their worldviews broadened. And this is what happened here. Also, this was the first time I gave my all and it felt pretty good to focus on something and do it with all my might not just saying if I tried I could do it. I do believe that most of those 2 left to do nothing like me earlier they lived through life like me without any effort from our sides and keep blaming the world family or something just to stay the way we did! I sincerely ask all of you that were like me to try to fight this accursed world and not go with the flow!
