After 10 years
When Asher was 22 years old on 17 aug 2016.He became the 1st division 1st ranked ghoul hunter after his master Yuri loughran the cheif of the agency.In the agency there was a girl from Asher's former orhpanage.She was just like Asher she gets bullied for no reason and had no friends back there.She was 1st division 4th ranked ghoul hunter named Alister Elric.At the agency there was 10 divisions and every division has 10 rankings.The rankings are decided by the hunter's abilities,strength and intelligence and on the basis of their teamwork combatabilities the hunter team's are decided.Asher and Alister was on team 77.In the agency everyone call Asher by his nickname Ash.On 10th nov they got a mission to eliminate the 50th level lower 6th ranked ghoul.In ghouls there 6 upper and lower ranked ghouls in every level and are 50 levels,the ghoul rankings are decided like the hunter rankings.On the mission everything was going well to the plan but when Alister saw the ghouls face she froze and the ghoul managed to escape.After Ash ask the reason for Alister's hesitation.but she didn't tell anything.then ash warn her that this is against the rules.but she( Alister) request Ash not to tell anyone any thing and told him to leave.After few days team77 again got the mission to eliminate 50th level lower 6th ranked ghoul.but Alister refused.then Asher forcefully asked the reason.then she told.
