All the theory lectures were over and it was already afternoon now.
The way my body was reacting in front of Zale. But let's leave all that behind. Because the next period is my most anticipated lecture [Basic power training.]
I can finally see the most hyped thing Superpowers. I have already tried my own superpower but as an F-rank of course it I s lacks the appeal now I can finally see how strong are those E-ranked or D-ranked power. I have also heard that there is a boy in our class who already have C-rank power. How strong would he be?
As I reached the stadium-like structure called the Training hall, I was instructed to change my clothes. The new clothes that were given to me were like full-body swimsuits, and for extra protection, some special light armor-like clothing was given.
As far as I could tell it was made of some metal alloy that somehow gets solid at impact but gets soft when moving to not hinder agility. Things like this are constant reminders that I am in a whole new world.
As I went out of changing room, what I saw was a big open stadium. all students gathered up among their friends. Speaking of friends, I spotted Zian due to his unnatural Brown hair, with his group of friends chatting and laughing. Seeing him from afar I was still fine but that unpleasant feeling was hard to forget.
I soon saw Sian back, so I thought to meet with him and ask about Zian and my relationship. Ahiro must have told his roommate something.
But as I started walking toward Sian I soon stopped in my tracks noticing those unfriendly gazes I got from his friends. Let's ask Sian in the room I thought and with that, I went to a corner where I could wait till the professor comes to start the class.
After the longest 10 min Professor came. This time professor was a Beautiful lady in her own "compact armor", every student started lining up according to the rank of their power.
As it turned out most of the students in our class were from [D+] rank to [E-] and I was the only [F] ranked individual in the class. So that meant I had to stand alone.
But there was one more person like me, but his condition was just the opposite of mine. He is the strongest in our class [C+] rank. He is the son of the current emperor, Prince Johnathan Von Luthor.
Soon the class started. There were a total of 60 students in the class. and were divided into pairs and asked to fight each other using their powers. Our prince was to directly battle the assistant professor.
Most of the students were matched within the same power level. But since I was alone in my group and luck would have it, I was matched against Zale.
Soon the bell rang and various powers activated. Every pair was surrounded by a shield to avoid the crossfire. Even those shields are stronger than mine.
"Where are you looking Ahiro, your friend is here to guide you." said Zale, with a wide grin on his face. Seeing his grin made my body freeze again, but this time off was a little prepared so I was not completely frozen and successfully activated my ability.
Activating ability is simple, you just need to think about your ability and it will manifest.
A yellow-colored dome appeared around me made of some mysterious material. Its shape and size were fixed, with 7~8 foot diameter with me as a center. Whenever I move this shield also moves with me thus making it unable for me to touch my own shield.
"Oh, you were able to create your shield, that is an improvement. haha. but so what. would it stand a chance against my [Wood Mallet]"zale said while laughing as he created a whip made up of wood. With his Whip in his hand, he started a barrage of strong attacks on my shield.
All his attacks landed on my shield and with each hit, my shield cracked up a little bit. I was safe from those barrages within my shield, but to defend against them I had to do something but my body refused to move. With each attack, the crack in my shield grew larger and I could tell that it was on verge of breaking apart.
The closer my shield was to breaking point the more the fear increased. It was as if death was imminent. My whole back was covered in sweat and my leg gave in, I fell to my knees, and my head started feeling as if it was growing to split apart. It was the same feeling when I got my first flashback of Ahiro's memories.

It's a practical lesson where we need to
