It's once again a fine morning. The sun light came in through the window like a golden shower and woke up a girl who was in her dreamland. She woke up and checked the time on her mobile which showed half past Seven. She hurriedly moved to get ready only to slip and fall on the bed. Her friend, who came out after showering saw this scene and started laughing. It's been a month since Tara joined college. It's one of the prestigious colleges. She lives in the dormitory with Sara, her classmate and bestfriend. They both got along well like sisters.
Tara was a witty girl and she was brave. She was a person who speaks little. Sara, on the other hand, was a cheerful girl and speaks a lot. Thus their opposite characters became the reason for their bonding.
The special occasion of the day was that the college has organized a Fresher's Event where the seniors will perform acts, talk and joke about the college and studies to help the freshers familiarise with the environment.
Tara and Sara both got ready and were walking to the Auditorium. The way to the auditorium was lively with students. On the way Tara saw the silhouette of a tall boy which attracted her unknowingly. The boy was talking with his friends and due to his height he stood out among them. She was in a daze until Sara called her. They have reached the auditorium.
" Hey, where is your mind wandering? Come, let's find a good seat," said Sara. And she dragged Tara to the last few rows of the auditorium. After settling Tara asked, "Why are we sitting here? Most of the boys will sit in the last rows and it will be very noisy." "Believe me. It will be more fun to sit here than in the first rows," replied Sara.
Tara sighed and looked around the auditorium.A group of boys came and sat on the front row to Tara. Again Tara got attracted to a silhouette which is similar to the boy she saw before. She found that it was the same boy and thought that sitting there was good with a smile.
"Wow, he looks good. It will be good to know his details. But i don't even know his name," said Tara. "Who looks good? Whom are you talking about?" asked Sara. Only then Tara realised that she spoke out her thoughts. Sara started nudging her not giving her a chance to lie. "That..." Tara started to stutter. "The boy at the front row with a black shirt. Do you know him?" she asked eagerly. Sara said with a raised eyebrow, "Oh... Why are you asking? Come on, tell me." Some of their classmates joined them at that time. They both greeted them and Sara continued to question Tara. Tara was embarassed to speak.
