Mother Holle. Her clothing is almost identical to that of Master Merlin. Master Merlin with her big witchy head and black dress. Simple yet elegant. Mother Holle, while sharing almost similar outfits, also has an icy like colour in her hat and dress. It's long, like one worn by a ghost. Her long white hair, it's a combination of the greyish colour of old hair as well as that of the ice colour. Her skin, it's smooth. It's like that of a newborn baby... How many sacrifices have been made. I can tell that around her are not only THE THING, but the souls of girls who have been sacrificed for her. They can't move on. No, it's not that they can't move on, it's that they've been denied that chance. She's the one who trapped those souls near her. What was she going to do with them? Altered version of the Philosopher Stones? Boost to her witch power? Or simply her way of attacking us? Either way, even though her knowledge of witchcraft is superior to mine in every way, I can't lose to someone like her. I refuse.

She grabbed one of the souls and squeezed it out, emitting a terrifying sound of painful screaming that only I could hear. Others were confused as to why she was touching them so hard, and reflexively feared her. Wandering Sage already knew what to do, as he opened a scroll that dispelled any witchcraft that might have gotten the better of us. He also starts throwing knives with holy texts of the Church. I can sense Cardinal Davis' mana in one of the knife's inscriptions. It makes Mother Holle wary as she desperately dodges it rather than deflecting it.
"Chance! Space Magic: Teleport!" [Diana]
I teleport next to the knives thrown by Wandering Sage, picking them up and boosting them with my own holy mana. As expected, Mother Holle dodges it again.
"Got you!" [Nar]
Taking a risk, Nar leaps into the air and one of the knives manages to pierce Mother Holle's ring finger. Randy, on the other hand, was able to break through the barrier made by Mother Holle with his golden axe
Mother Holle has unleashed her tar attack. It's hot, boiling tar that will definitely burn anyone who tries to touch it. Nar and Randy were attacked by it while I quickly used my water magic to heal them. Remove the tar and heal any burning injuries! Quickly and easily
"Merlin's apprentice... Perfect specimen" [Holle].

Knowing that I was in danger, Fie quickly transformed into an earth cat using one of the mana cores given to her by Adamantoise. Fie quickly unleashed all the earthly spells while barricading us so that Mother Holle couldn't harm us.
As Mother Holle continues to bombard us with blizzards and tar, she also continues to use her witch art to possess either Nar, Randy or Miss Falmer. With me and Wandering Sage, this attempt proves useless, but it does show how skilled Mother Holle is at witchcraft. Some of her witchcraft is almost on a par with Master Merlin's, which makes the job even more difficult. However, I have Hero of Amleth, an S-rank adventurer, as well as the Wandering Sage, so as quickly as Mother Holle can overwhelm us, we can also quickly turn things to our advantage.

Wandering Sage finished writing a perfect magic circle to counter Mother Holle's Witch Art with some of the ink he prepared beforehand. He prepares things beforehand before modifying them further as he faces Mother Holle, so the efficiency of the magic circle against Mother Holle is increased even further.
Taking advantage of this, Nar and Randy quickly attack Mother Holle. While it provides some protection against Witch art, Mother Holle isn't just an ordinary witch, she was once a student of Master Merlin, so she'll adapt quickly. Rather than breaking the circle created by Wandering Sage, she's able to manoeuvre around it, though this will prove difficult for her as well, as she's up against a sage
As the battle continues, Mother Holle suddenly stops her attack and retreats. The question marks on our faces were soon answered as a group of Yuki Ona appeared right in front of us, and right in the middle is a very powerful Yuki Ona... We all knew instinctively that she's the queen of Yuki Ona.
