Despite the fact that none of the members of the federation had ever seen Jonn'Sena, they trusted Sir Puffy Mittens' judgement and voted in favor of Martian membership.
The Martians were thrilled to be a part of the federation. They had long felt like outsiders, living on a planet that was mostly uninhabitable to other species. Joining the federation meant that they would have access to resources and technology that would allow them to terraform Mars and make it a more hospitable planet.
A huge party was thrown on Mars to celebrate their inclusion in the federation. Lirien, Calian, and Asdomeus were in attendance, along with many other Earthlings and members of other species from throughout the galaxy. Everyone was in high spirits, and there was a sense of camaraderie and belonging that had been missing on Mars for a long time.
