Oswald sat at his desk, staring at his computer screen. He knew what he had to do, but it was going to be difficult. He had to uninstall Twitter, but it meant giving up his online persona as the cruel king of Eldrida. He had grown to enjoy the attention and validation he received from his followers, but he knew it was time to let it go.
He clicked on the Twitter icon, his cursor hovering over the "Delete Account" button. He took a deep breath and clicked. The screen prompted him to enter his password one last time, and with a heavy heart, he typed it in.
Oswald sat back in his chair, feeling a mix of relief and sadness. He had made the right choice, but it was hard to let go of something that had become such a big part of his life.
As he closed his laptop, he couldn't help but think of Lirien. She was still trapped in the Teslabot, and there seemed to be no way to save her. He didn't know how he was going to tell Calian and Lucien that there was no hope for Lirien's return.
He got up from his chair and walked to the living room, where Calian and Lucien were sitting. He sat down with them and took a deep breath. "I have something to tell you," he said, "I've uninstalled Twitter, and I've also looked into Lirien's situation. I'm afraid there's no way to save her."
Calian and Lucien looked at each other in shock. They had hoped that there was still a way to save Lirien, but now it seemed like all hope was lost.
"I'm sorry," Oswald said, "I wish there was something we could do."
Calian and Lucien sat in silence, trying to process the news. It was a hard pill to swallow, but they knew that their father had made the right decision. They just didn't know what to do without Lirien.
As they sat in silence, the Teslabot rolled into the room. Sir Puffy Mittens, now a Teslabot, meowed and nuzzled against Calian's leg. It was a small comfort, but it was something.
The family knew that they had to find a way to move on, but it wouldn't be easy. They would always miss Lirien, but they would always have the memories of her and the Teslabot to remind them of the girl they loved.
