Jake completely ignored everyone, anyone or thing that was in his way he sidestepped or forcibly pushed out of the way.
He was covered in the worms blood along with the smell from the dead bodies swimming around inside the worm before he was swallowed whole.
The moment he stepped into the locker room he ripped the clothes off his body and jumped into the shower. With the hot water going on full blast he washed away the blood, little did he know. He spent an hour just staring at the shower wall, the fear he felt still pumping in his chest though its fading slowly.
What replaced it was anger, it wasn't just anger at himself but Necrosis. That skeleton showed up looking over him and decided to do nothing. It had watched as the worm swallowed him whole.
Bal: "Necrosis… why are you even here! First you say you want to show me how to use my powers then you sit there and watch me almost die!? Do you really like to waste your time or are you doing this just because you can!"
Necro: "Now why are you so mad at me? It's not like I was the reason you were beaten so badly, granted I did just leave you laying there"
Bal: "Exactly! You decided to come forward just to look me in the eyes and tell me you weren't going to help! You might as well have just told me you would let me die!"
Necro: "I see… well I'm not here to keep you alive, actually it would be better for both of us if you died. Here I thought you believed death was natural? It is one of the most natural things in this world! However what comes after is much different then you could ever comprehend"
Necrosis had moved directly in front of Baladan, his skeleton hand raised before he grabbed the young man's face. Instantly his eyes went black as some sort of energy was flowing inside his brain.
Like a video playing in his head he saw darkness, then a sudden flash of light was released! This light looked like an explosion as all sorts of matter and elements were created!
He couldn't understand what he was seeing at first before it finally hit him. This is the Big Bang, he saw all sorts of elements come together to create something new to the universe!
That was when Necrosis stepped into the picture, he had walked over and grabbed ahold of a star. As it floated in his hand he looked back at Baladan with his normal lifeless face.
Necro: "The process of living is important but not always necessary. Take this star for example, it has its own life span. As time passes this star will slowly die"
As his words were directly spoken into Baladan's head the star would start to go through its life cycle. The speed of the aging process was way to fast to even see! Just in a single blink the star was already ready to pass on.
Necro: "This star will die, however this isn't the end of it. I believe you humans have figured out that energy never dies it only changes form. This star can be considered life, the way it changes it's form is through death!
Some go out in an explosion and change into what you call a black hole. Now let me say this, not all stars die like this. Some just collapse in on itself and explodes into renewed energy.
Now there is another form of star that doesn't do either of these when it dies. Instead we call these the Dark Stars, usually these stars have some sentience making it unwilling to die.
These stars devour other stars as it travels at light speed through the cosmos. Do you know why I'm telling you about these Dark Stars?"
Bal: "No idea, however I feel like you are about to tell me"
Necro: "It's because you are that Dark Star, you may not think about living longer like the sentient Dark Star but your very being is a representation of this!
You were born to eat your races life force, you have always been different. You a Death Child will only grow stronger as you consume. That is the reason my master wants me to train you however, he doesn't need you alive for me to do that.
Death can not stop a Death Child! Actually dying would only benefit you more which is why I didn't try and save you"
Bal: "…Then… why did you show up back then with that bird?"
Necro: "At the time the system had suppressed your race, it prioritized your human side placing that limit on you. If you had died back then without the powers your race provides, you would have been sent straight to Shoel without much hope to leave"
At this point Baladan was just getting a headache. He was born to eat his own race? What kind of nonsense was this! Like he would ever want to do that.
He pushed Necrosis away as he finished up his shower before wrapping a towel around his waist. With his clothes all torn up and covered in blood he just walked out as he headed for his private room.

Boss: "With everything cleared out we will be getting some people together to bring out all the working buses. We will gather everything and put them in and on the buses! I want to be back home in my bed by tonight!"
He was tired of this school, in the little time he had been here disaster after disaster hit their group! It was honestly surprising that Baladan and his group had left here just like that!
With everyone running around getting the buses prepared not many people had still been in the gym. Of course Rosa was sitting outside of the locker room waiting for Baladan to come out.
When he finally did her face had immediately turned red. The man's whole upper body was on full display as he walked past her. Anyone who was looking at this scene was shocked that he would just walk out like that.
Bal: "Get me a change of clothes"
Rosa just slowly nodded her head, her eyes never left his sculpted body. With his Aura constantly increasing his stats every day the muscles on his body naturally took form.
He quickly stepped into the back room as the others were whispering to each other.
Boss: "Hurry up everyone! We almost got everything packed up. We will be to a safe place soon enough! Just work a little faster and we can get back"
In this time Rosa had found Baladan a change of clothes before both of them walked out to get on the buses.
Everyone quickly loaded up before heading out, the two remaining bikers had been positioned on the front and back of the buses. Their upper bodies stuck out the top of the bus from the hatch with their rifles ready to kill any undead or creature that comes their way.
Surprisingly it was a peaceful trip, with how many times the group had gone through these streets they had killed the majority of undead that was littering the street.
Of course there was still some that came out of the buildings. However most of them seemed to not mind the sound much which was putting the more experienced people on the ride on edge.
Fortunately they had arrived back to the work district without a single large scale attack. It was honestly a nice change of pace from the horrifying huge hordes and monsters the teens and bikers had to face off against.
Boss: "Huh? Are you serious, we are the first ones back? Have you not gotten any messages from the other groups?"
"No sir! We haven't been able to call anyone outside a certain area! It seems we can only call those in the same district, if they move to the others we slowly lose contact with them until finally we can't get ahold of them if we tried!"
Boss: "Send out a scouting party, don't go into the schools. I want people with scopes and binoculars on top of buildings close by to the different schools! If you leave the area of contact then gather information before heading back and report every hour!"
At that time two people came walking up to the gates that had just been put up. Seeing who it was they quickly opened the gates before guiding them to see boss.
There in front of Baladan and Boss was Harry and Chris. Rick was no where to be seen, the looks on their faces showed pain and desperation. This made both men look at both boys with shock, drawing their own conclusions Baladan moved forward grabbing Harry by the shoulders.
Baladan: "WHERES RICK! WHAT HAPPENED HARRY! WHY ARE THERE ONLY TWO OF YOU COMING BACK!"
This made Harry look at Baladan with a horrified face filled with sadness. He opened and closed his mouth like he was trying to say something. However upon seeing this Baladan was only getting more restless.
Chris: "Please… SAVE RICK! Baladan! Please!"
The usually angry young man was basically begging his friend as he ran up to grab ahold of his clothes with his head down. Tears running down his cheeks but they were hidden by his hair.
Chris: "I-It's all my fault! Please… please save Rick! Those people… they aren't human! Please… if we don't save him soon he will… he will be killed!"
Baladan had wanted to sit back and relax but with this new development he couldn't just sit back while one of his best friends was about to be killed! Harry and Chris had been beaten all to hell with nothing but their clothes.
His usual purple eyes suddenly flared up with a green light! A flame of green similar to the undead replaced his eyes as he released Harry before running out the gate in the direction of the school Harry's team was sent.
Boss: "Baladan wait! Stop! If you go out now then you might now come back!"
He tried to stop the man but he was already to far gone. The next second a certain red head had booked it after Baladan!
Rosa: "Wait for me Bal! I'll come with!"
With that both of them ran off into the darkening streets as night time descends upon the city.
