"What the hell?" Alice wakes up, her system freshening and her eyes opening wide. The cogs and machinery in her head move like clunky scrap metal as she processes the environment around her. "Oh right." She sits upright and throws the rug that was keeping her warm back onto the ground.
The night sky before had turned into a paradise of light, fresh sunlight beaming from the balcony into the living room where she slept. "Danny-" Alice turns to look at Danny but he was nowhere to be seen, his blanket on the floor. "He must've already left." Alice sighs as she stands up, her mechanical body calibrating itself as the gears in her joints adjust.
"Who are you?" A male voice could be heard in the main corridor where the front entrance was.
"Who's there?" Alice does a full hundred eighty and sees an Omnishell crawling in the middle of the hall. The Omnishell looked exactly like her. It had long flowy white hair that reached its back, and dark and tanned skin with horns imitating the brilliant galaxy. But it was standing on all fours, or instead, all six as it had 2 pairs of arms and a pair of legs. It couldn't see Alice as its eyes were covered by its long white hair.
"You're just like me..." Alice was stunned to see how much she resembled that Omnishell.
"This is my master, Jodi's, apartment. This isn't a place for you lowlife robot to find shelter in!" The Omnishell stood up on its two hind legs and revealed its full form. It looked humanoid but had distinct animalistic features, such as multiple arms and a massive spiked tail on its back. He had a large smile plastered across his face, and as mentioned before, he had long white bangs that covered his eyes and two frizzy braids falling from both sides of his face. His horns were massive and curved, like an antler, unlike Alice's small horns.
"Loverboy!" Suddenly, Alice remembers, this Omnishell wasn't new to her, she knew this Omnishell. She didn't know from where or when, but the image of this six-limbed Omnishell had been engraved in her memory. All she could remember was that his name was Loverboy.
"How do you know my name?" Loverboy grabbed onto the side of the wall, diving its fingers deep into the wall as he used it to leverage himself upwards. He slammed onto the ceiling as he grabbed the fan to push himself towards Alice.
Alice prepared herself for the incoming impact of Loverboy jumping onto her. She raised her guard and got ready for impact, but it never came.
Loverboy emerged from behind Alice, instead using the height of the fan to get over Alice and flank her. Alice couldn't move in time and change her guard before Loverboy delivered a shattering punch to Alice's back.
He used all four of his arms to drive one singular arm, practically quadrupling the force of one punch.
Alice, even though she was made of the finest and best materials, crumpled underneath the strength of Loverboy's punch. Her back folded in and created a ripple effect as Loverboy's strength overwhelmed the composition of her plating.
Alice flew straight towards the wall, plunging her head deep into the filament of the wall. "You're pretty durable." Loverboy, even though he couldn't see, could tell from the way his punch didn't completely shred through the metal that Alice was made of pretty decent metal and wasn't lazily jumbled together. "Your skin is kinda like mine." Loverboy pointed a finger at Alice's general direction.
"Okay!" Alice ripped her head out of the wall, her hair in a mess as it had been messed up with the fluff inside the walls. "I'll show you how to fucking punch!" Alice turned her hand into a fist, ready to punch Loverboy.
"Only if you can hit me!" Loverboy stomps on the ground with his tiny feet, activating the wind-based jets beneath his feet. Due to his small, light and aerodynamic form, he was able to float in the air purely from the air being ejected from his feet.
"You can fly?!" Alice started bouncing up and down, creating momentum in her step to power up her punches even more.
"The more speed I gain, the more damage my punches do!" Loverboy gets down on all six, using each of his limbs like how a spider would.
His horns turned one hundred and eighty degrees upside down, the sharp points facing downwards like a spider. He starts to produce even more wind from his feet, causing objects behind him to fall over and break, such as the pretty vase on the coffee table.
Alice starts shuffling her feet rapidly, continuously losing her balance but regaining it the second after. This continuous loss of composure and balance instead did the direct opposite, increasing her confidence and speed, greatly increasing the unpredictability of her next move.
Loverboy charges first, using the jet engines on his feet to power his movements. He whizzes past Alice and barely nicks her skin, while Alice tries to analyse Loverboy's insanely fast speed.
Loverboy crashes into the wall but uses his six limbs to catch himself and allow him to pivot without losing any momentum. He was like a spring bouncing back and forth, gaining more and more speed the more turns he took.
Loverboy made another turn and this time completely missed Alice, smashing into the kitchen counter. But he wasn't aiming for Alice, he was trying to gather as much speed as possible.
Alice realised this and knew that this would spell trouble if Loverboy was able to get more speed, she wouldn't be able to predict his next movements and the consequences of which would be exponentially devastating.
Loverboy made another sharp turn, this time upwards. Before long, after less than five turns, Loverboy had turned into a flash of white, barely readable even with Alice's heightened senses.
"Shit!" Alice is hit in every direction by Loverboy's wind, just the wind he generated was enough to make Alice lose her composure. But she was able to keep calm and keep her form in check, powering up her punch and waiting patiently for her opportunity to strike.
Suddenly, Loverboy makes a move by punching Alice in the thigh. This time, his punch completely shrivelled up the metal on her thigh like a piece of paper. Her metal plating was no match for his speed.
"Shit!" Alice could barely keep her balance, one wrong step and she'd come crashing down.
Loverboy strikes again, this time aiming for Alice's shoulder. This drastically slowed down Alice's speed and made her punch even weaker as she couldn't use both arms to power her punch.
"Kiss my fist goodbye!" Loverboy screams in arrogance as he props himself above Alice, his hind legs on the ceiling he hung from above like a sleeping bat, reading to deliver one final blow.
"Go to hell, Loverboy!" Alice turns her head upwards as she aimed her fist for the sky, targeting blindly.
The two of them launch their attacks at the same time, Alice releasing his punch the second Loverboy used his legs to release himself from the ceiling.
