"Hands up!" A blonde woman appears behind the man in the pig mask, holding a massive sniper rifle to the back of his head. She presses the trigger and blows his brains all over the train walls. She lowers the gun and lets the barrel cool down. She kicks the gun away with her high heels, walking over to Danny in her revealing clothes. She wore a piece of black cloth that covered her waist and chest, a small grey navy hat and a long grey coat.
Danny couldn't comprehend the situation he was in, instead, his brain decides to do the thing it does best. Blackout.
"Oi, kid!" The woman kicks Danny's body, dragging body across the bloody floor. "You awake?" Danny doesn't respond but he's foaming from the mouth and his eyes were rolled back all the way. "Funny." The woman turns around and looks at the rest of the train. The walls had been destroyed and there were holes everywhere.
Danny suddenly regains consciousness, his eyes rolled forward and his mouth closes. "Ah!" Danny jolts up and pushes himself away from the corpse of the man in the pig mask. His head had been blown off and all that was left was his eyeball and a small piece of his chin.
"Scramble kid," The woman squats down and get's to Danny's eye level. "You don't want to deal with the paperwork, it's worse than being shot in the head." The woman takes a cigarette out of her grey coat and hands one to Danny. "For the trouble."
Danny doesn't even question who or what the woman is doing, he just grabs the cigarette and stuffs it into his pocket. He scrambles for his own life as he tries his hardest not to slip on the blood-soaked floor, trying to keep his balance. He stands up and guns for the train's door, exiting the cart.
He turns around and looks at the train as a whole, the entire train was smoking and half of the carts in front of him were dangling off the edge, his cart was the last one that was still connected to the station.
"Shit!" Danny glances over to the clock situated on a steel beam that held the ceiling up. It read '9:52 AM'. "I'm going to be late!" Danny picks himself up and starts running in the opposite direction of the train station.
He hops over a fence and takes a steep fall down to the ground, landing in a pile of rubbish in an alleyway. "What was that just now? Did I die?" He thinks internally as he picks himself up from the rubbish. He wipes his bloody hands on the black plastic bags and starts running out of the dirty and damp alleyway, into the comfort of the sun and safety of the crowd. "Was it a vision?" He barely even has time to think, he raced through the streets of Cathode City to try and make it in time.
He stops at a red light, and cars swerving past him at breakneck speeds turn into flashes of lights and colours. A whole mass of people had started crowding around Danny, wanting to cross the road too.
The red light turns into a green symbol of a man walking and giant glass barriers erect from the ground, shielding the pedestrians from oncoming traffic.
Danny breaks for it and runs to the other side of the street, running across the street. He makes it to the other side where he hops over another fence, this time falling to the ground floor and landing in a shopping district.
Shops and restaurants lined the place as there were benches and tables in a row across the middle of the district, with walking paths that extend over the district, allowing natural light to shine in. He looks around and sees that there's absolutely nobody around.
Danny runs down one way of the shopping district and disappears into the darkness. "Shit! Shit! Shit!" Danny continues running down the dark alley. Occasionally, on the corner of the ceiling, there were flashing orange lights that indicated the way, lighting it up for Danny. "I'm gonna be late!" Danny dashes through the dark tunnel and emerges on the other side, an open field.
He's blinded by the sun as he emerges from the tunnel. He's in a park filled with children running around and riding on bikes, massive giant bubbles being blown from the highest skyscrapers. Large giant planes attached to even larger balloons with sails soared through the sky, ripping the clouds apart.
Danny looks down at his watch and reads the time as '9:58 AM'. "Shit!" Danny kicks a rock on the ground with his blood-soaked shoes, sending a rock flying into the air and hitting a bubble. The rock phases through the bubble and lands on the ground on the other side.
"That was my only chance!" Danny rips the tie off his neck and throws it to the ground. "Curse that pig-faced fucker!"
"They're a part of the cult called 'The Seekers', they're a bunch of worthless cunts who are radical misogynists. They've been on an uprising since the fall of the Leonese." A familiar voice spoke above Danny's head.
Danny turns and looks upward, the woman from earlier was sitting on the ledge above him holding a cigarette between her index and middle finger. "You're that girl from earlier."
"I'm not 'that girl', I'm Dedeath, but you can call me Daisy." Daisy jumped down and extended a hand to Danny.
Danny unwillingly accepts the handshake.
"What job are you trying to get?" Daisy squats down, picking up the tie on the ground. "Surely something not prestigious."
"I was going for an interview as an On-Scene Cleaner." Danny shamefully admits.
"Fuck me!" Daisy couldn't help keeping her laughter in. She erupted with laughter as she stands up, throwing the tie on the ground. "Kid, it's a good thing that fat pig mask fucker came and massacred them. You would've died on the first day!" She pointed at Danny and laughed even more.
"Yeah? Well fuck off, I don't care if I die, I just want to earn a living. Being rich is the same as being dead, they're equally satisfying. That job paid the most and I would've been better off dead, I'm thousands of Kristels in debt."
"Oh? Are you now?" Daisy looks at Danny with a challenging looking on her face. "How about you take on a job for me, I'll pay you well," She said with a smirk on her face, extending her hand out to Danny for a handshake. "I can assure you at least one of the two things you wanted will come true."
