Gao Chen PoV
Rolling out my tense shoulders, I glanced at the woman lying in the bed beside me, her breathing shallow as she recovered from what just happened.
She was many stages below me, and yet she thought she had seduced me...
Holding in a chuckle, I stared at her stained body and wondered if she knew how much she gifted me...
Moonlit Orchard was a neutral Sect, meaning they didn't ban Demonic Cultivation.
While not a real Demonic Cultivator, I had found a way to absorb energies from my peers and make it my own, shortening my cultivation by a few days each time.
Not a lot, but...
Smirking at her pale complexion, I shook my head; she threw herself in my bed for just a few Spirit Stones and a Firewine Apple, letting me have my way with her for a day.
Likely, if she never protected herself, she was with my child, but I fixed that quickly; last thing I needed was to deal with that.
The Li Family would have me executed if I took a concubine before officially marrying Li Yichen, and I wasn't an idiot.
Standing up, I used my Qi to clean myself off before taking a robe from my Storage Ring, wrapping the clean white cloth around myself, concealing my rising wood.
I still wasn't satisfied, but...
Glancing back at the woman in my bed, I tried to recall her name...
Yu...
No, Ye...
Xi?
Ah, it was Xi Gan...
I think.
She was a talented girl, quite good with her Fire Qi, but she was rash.
That's how she ended up where she was.
Although my technique didn't take their Qi, it left them feeling drained, so she wouldn't be cultivating for a few days.
Which, with the Tournament in two days, was a bad thing for her.
She would likely drop from the Inner Court, and unless she wanted to do a dozen missions, she would likely find herself back in my bed, where I would exchange her body for a few string pulls.
I had the clout needed to do so, and I wanted another taste of her; she screamed so good when I continued with her after the first round.
Poor girl...
Chuckling, I walked out into the empty palace I had made for myself, making my way over to the large gathering hall.
Seating myself on my throne, I smirked at the four Servants before me; each one was a hand picked flower that was sold into my service, willingly or not.
"An, Bo, Ci, and Da..."
Each one bowed to me as I spoke their 'names', and I smirked at that.
"An, go clean up... that woman in my room; use some pills or whatever, just get her out soon."
The beautiful seven tailed Fox bowed to me, her thin body soft to the touch.
Her seductive face smiled up at me, and I grinned back, deciding she would warm my bed tonight; my Fox An sang to me so well...
"Bo, Ci; go guide the rest of the Servants in todays drills before restocking the palace. When you return, start dinner. I haven't eaten in a few months..."
The blonde haired human, Bo, glared up at me, while the ever emotionless Ci bowed down, the white haired voluptuous woman pulling Bo away.
Finally, my eyes landed on Da, my newest addition...
A woman with a rare bloodline; Midnight Crow heritage made her skin a charcoal color, while her crimson eyes stared up at me with warmth.
I had saved her on a whim, and now this woman eagerly serviced my every whim, adamant on repaying my so called 'kindness'.
"Da, go check on Li Yichen and Bao; make sure Li Yichen is still alive, and that the White Tigress is still bound."
Bowing, she gave me a view of her ample cleavage, making me smirk.
"Of course, Lady Gao. This lowly one lives to serve."
Turning around, she made a show of her shapely hips as she sauntered away, making my smirk widen.
When the hall was finally empty, I sighed, staring up at the roof.
I really didn't want to marry that useless woman; Li Yichen was utterly useless as both a Cultivator and as a woman.
She knew nothing of the world, didn't have any talent, had no meat on her bones...
Her only worth was that she was born from Li Ai's body, the Moon Rabbit who was Li Mei's first, and only wife.
Her elder sister, Li Hui Ling, already had a harem of her own, a dozen women falling at her feet whenever she returned home.
The woman had the Matriarch's talent at manipulating Celestial Qi, using both the Sun and Moon as energy sources for her Cultivation.
She had stepped into the realm or Void, which was above me at Sage.
Li Hui Ling was a few decades away from entering the Nirvana Realm, which would place her two stages below her mothers.
As for Li Fen, she had inherited neither of her parent's talent; she was neither a Celestial Qi user, nor was she skilled with Inscriptions and Ice Qi; she was a Sword User, and her Sword Qi was sharper than almost everyone else in three generations above us.
She had carved her own way of life, embarking on multiple journeys in the outside world at a young age, albeit sill inside the Sect at the moment.
However, the forests around us were ripe with danger, so it was still impressive.
With two such blessed daughters, the Li Family was assured it's position as the strongest for millennia to come...
And yet, Li Yichen existed.
She had nothing; no talent, no heaven defying techniques.
The woman had inherited little of either parent's features, and she had no use.
Which is where I came in.
Li Mei already gave me pointers when I cultivated on the Blessed Moon Tree, while Li Ai often discussed Inscriptions with me.
Both women were impressed with my talent, both women impressed with my conviction.
So, they saw an opportunity.
Many other Families wanted me to join them, to eventually allow them to knock off the Li Family.
The Liu's, Wu's, and Qiang's made tempting offers, but when Li Mei offered Li Yichen to me to bind me to her Family...
Of course I took her offer.
I might despise Li Yichen, but the opportunity to join the Li Family was too tempting to refuse.
Li Mei and Li Ai were by far the strongest Cultivators on this Plane.
They had nearly broken into the Deity Realm, considered Half-Deities; one foot inside the Deity Realm, and another inside the Emperor Realm, with only fourteen others being near them.
Eight were Kings, the first half of the Royal Realm, while the other six being Emperor's.
And they were BOTH in the same Family, meaning not a soul on this Plane would dare attempt to harm them, for fear of utter, and total annihilation.
So I took their offer, and Li Yichen was to be my wife.
Of course, I had asked about being able to take concubines, and neither said no; they told me it was up to Li Yichen.
Which meant yes, I was allowed my own Harem.
So, I just needed to bed Li Yichen, have her bear me a child, and then I would do as I pleased.
While my mind worked through my current situation, I refined that woman's energy and added it to my own, purifying my Dark Qi.
I was a woman of many talents; my Qi was pure and potent, my Saber Qi was sharp, and my Inscriptions were incredible.
Besides that, I had dabbled in Alchemy and Forging, and while not the greatest, I had enough skill in both to be above average, giving me an infinite source of income.
Everyone needed pills, and people lined up to buy good weapons and tools.
I could provide both.
So, money wasn't a problem, my strenght was greater than most, and I had-
"Lasy Gao, Miss Li is in her room, alone. She informed me that Bao was still at Fang Teashop, and that she should be back soon."
Staring down at the Crow, I tilted my head in confusion.
"Why is Bao at Fang Teashop?"
Da pursed her lips, making me frown.
Even she didn't know right away?
Seeing her crimson eyes widen, I waited for her to speak.
"I may be wrong, Lady Gao, but I believe today was the Young Miss' 18th birthday."
Leaning into my throne, my frown deepened as I stared at the ornate ceiling above me.
She turned 18 today?
Has it really been 6 years?
I was 2 years older than her, making me 20 this year...
Or 21; I never kept track.
Sighing, I gestured at Da, letting the thought drift from my mind.
As my wonderful Crow mounted my lap, I wondered if I should go meet my useless wife for once, before that thought too drifted from my mind, the woman before me occupying my attention.
