"Ah- ***** slow down- hng~!"
"Don't be shy, my dear songbird. I'll take good care of you."
Ambrose woke up with a gasp, sitting upright instantly.
"What the fuck?" he mumbled. Was it normal to have wet dreams about a guy whose name you can't even remember? He groaned, getting up and starting to get dressed. He checked the time. "Five in the morning...? Better than usual."
He got dressed, putting on a blue, long-sleeved t-shirt and pants. He grabbed a pair of white socks, throwing them on as he exited the room. He quickly makes toast before grabbing a bag that has everything he needs in it before putting on his tennis shoes and rushing out the door. Even though he knows he'll be early, he wants to go just in case there's traffic. As usual, he gets to the hospital fifteen minutes early. The receptionist smiles, handing him the clipboard to sign in. Her brown hair was tied in a ponytail, hazel eyes gazing fondly at him.
"Welcome back, Doctor Cree." she says, "You're early, again. I wish the other doctors were like you, all they ever do is come in late."
Ambrose laughs.
"Thank you, Minene. I can always count on you to wake me up." the necromancer says, "Anyway, any news that I missed while I was out at the club?"
Minene smiles.
"Of course. Doctor Annalise announced your forced paid vacation will start tomorrow." she states, making Ambrose choke on air.
"What?!" he coughs, "Also, when did you get on a first name basis with Doctor Hokkinem?"
"First, yes she's forcing a paid vacation on you. Second, when we woke up in her bedroom after we got drunk at the club Saturday night."
Ambrose coughs again.
"Ambrose, you're red." Minene says with a smile.
"Yeah, same thing happened to me yesterday. Woke up with a gorgeous guy right next to me in a hotel room." the necromancer coughs out. Minene squeals in excitement.
"So, what happened?!"
"I can't remember. But we definitely had sex. Took a quick shower than rushed back home."
Silence. Minene stood up and grabbed him by the collar, pulling him until his nose touched her own.
"How could you do that?! A HOT DUDE WAS RIGHT THERE! YOU GOT LAID, HE TOOK YOUR VIRGINITY! HOW COULD YOU LEAVE HIM ALONE?!" she whisper-yelled. She sighed and let go, sitting back down on her chair. "Anyway, you have been called by Annalise to get your schedule from tomorrow to the end of your vacation and so forth."
Ambrose thanked Melanie, heading up a few floors to get to Annalise Hokkinem.

Ok, maybe it wasn't the best to sleep with someone that's cute but you don't know. Zahir couldn't get Ambrose out of his mind. It went from zero to one hundred really quickly. I mean, a wet dream doesn't mean anything; right? Zahir sighed and twirled his purple hair, his pale blue eyes scanning for entertainment. He has nothing to do for an entire month. Someone then knocked on his office door.
"Come in." the demon king sighs, the doors opening at his command. A boy with dark brown, almost black, hair with golden eyes walked in. He was dressed in a white, long-sleeved t-shirt tucked into black pants. He wore black shoes and a sleeveless vest to go along with it. Slema Maddox, his personal attendant.
"My king, since you came back glumly after being dumped-"
"I was NOT dumped."
"-I've decided to do some research of this...'companion' of yours." Slema says. That makes Zahir brighten up.
"Well?"
"Ambrose Cree, age twenty three. Graduated a few years early for his outstanding practice in medicine and various other things. Hard working employee, nothing really special except that he's a necromancer. It states that many find that ironic, as necromancers summon the dead. Works with the Magical Investigation Services in some cases to help catch murderers."
"Where does he work?" the demon king asks.
"The Mitchell Hospital for Children. He takes care of patients all day. He's supposed to be getting a two week vacation starting tomorrow." Selma responds. Zahir smiles, leaning back into his chair.
"Well done. Take the rest of the day off as a reward." Zahir says. Slema bows.
"Thank you." he says, exiting the room afterwards.
"Oh, Ambrose, I cannot wait to see you again...."
