A new month means a new challenge. So far, it seems that the first Patreon Checkpoint has been completed, and when the time comes, I will publish the extra chapter. We are currently missing 35 euros for the second checkpoint and two extra chapters. Thank you all for supporting me thus far. I hope you are all enjoying the novel. I know the last few chapters may have been a bit dull, as they are not related to anime at all, but I wanted to create this original setting away from League, UA, Stain, and other heroes. The world is bigger than one country, and assuming all the big guns are in one place wouldn't be logical.
There have been questions about whether I am Egyptian. I guess I praised it too much, lol. However, I am not Egyptian. I visited a few years back, and it is an amazing country with amazing people and most importantly, amazing food. I love all sorts of food, but Eastern food has always been my favorite since I tried it. Anyway, without keeping you any longer...

Ahmed sat in his dimly lit apartment, staring at his phone. The news about a newly discovered ancient dagger had piqued his interest, and he knew he had to act fast. He picked up his phone and scrolled through his contacts, looking for someone who could verify the authenticity of the dagger.
After a few minutes of scrolling, he found a contact he trusted, a man named Hassan who had connections in the underground world. He quickly dialed Hassan's number and waited for him to pick up.
"Ahmed, my friend," Hassan's voice came through the phone. "What can I do for you?"
"I need you to verify some information for me," Ahmed said, his tone urgent. "I've heard rumors of a newly discovered ancient dagger, and I need to know if it's real and where it's being kept."
Hassan was quiet for a moment before responding. "I've heard about it too," he said. "But I don't have any concrete information. However, I know someone who might be able to help us."
"Who?" Ahmed asked eagerly.
"A man named Ali. He's an expert in ancient artifacts and has connections in the museum world. I can give you his number if you want."
"Please do," Ahmed said, a glimmer of hope in his voice.
Hassan quickly texted Ahmed Ali's number, and Ahmed wasted no time in calling him. After a brief conversation, Ali confirmed that the museum verified that the dagger was indeed real and was being kept under heavy security in the Egyptian Museum.
Ahmed hung up the phone and leaned back in his chair, a plan forming in his mind. He knew he had to act fast if he wanted to steal the dagger before it was moved or the security was tightened. With the information he had gathered, he quickly made some calls to his most trusted accomplices, setting in motion a plan to steal the ancient artifact.
As he hung up the phone, a grin spread across his face. "Is this a trap or am I lucky? I need to make sure the dagger is real."
He picked up his phone and dialed another number. After a few rings, a familiar voice answered. He had to make sure.
"Ahmed, long time no hear. What brings you to call me today?" the man on the other end of the line asked.
"Kareem, I need you to do me a favor. I heard the newly found ancient dagger and I need you to verify its authenticity for me," Ahmed said.
"You know I don't like to involve myself in your business, Ahmed. Besides, how can I verify the news for you?" Kareem replied skeptically.
"I know you have connections, Kareem. I need you to use them and make sure the dagger is real. I just want to make sure," Ahmed said. "And don't forget how you bought that mansion where you live with your sweet wife and children. You weren't complaining when I filled your pockets before."
Kareem let out a whimper. He knew Ahmed was not someone to mess with, but he also didn't want to get involved in anything illegal.
"Fine, I'll do it. But you owe me one," Kareem said.
"Sure, Kareem. I knew I could count on you," Ahmed replied with a grin.
Kareem hung up the phone and let out a deep breath. He knew this could lead to trouble, but he also couldn't deny his curiosity about the ancient dagger.
The next day, Kareem made his way to the Cairo Museum, got the permit to work on the dagger as he was quite knowledgeable about ancient civilizations. He was taken to the room where it was kept, and verified that security was tight. He had no intention to share this information with Ahmed, of course. If he got caught, that would free him from trouble. If not, he would say when he went there, security wasn't that tight.
He examined the dagger closely, checking every detail to make sure it was authentic. After a few minutes, he nodded his head in satisfaction. The dagger was indeed from the Pharaonic era.
Kareem quickly took a photo of the dagger and sent it to Ahmed with a text message.
"It's real. The dagger is believed to have been created by an ancient civilization that worshiped a deity of war and sacrifice. It was used in religious rituals to offer sacrifices to the deity and was also used in battles as a symbol of the deity's power. Legend has it that the dagger was imbued with magical properties that made it a powerful weapon, capable of slaying enemies with a single strike.
Over time, the civilization that created the dagger disappeared, and the artifact was lost to history. It was only recently discovered by a team of archaeologists in a remote part of Egypt, buried in a tomb with the remains of a high-ranking member of the ancient civilization.
The dagger's discovery has sparked controversy among scholars, with some questioning its authenticity and others claiming it could be the missing link in our understanding of the ancient civilization's culture and practices. Despite the debate, the dagger has become a highly sought-after artifact, with collectors and museums from around the world vying for the chance to own it. I heard even Royal Family is interested."
"Thank you, Kareem. You've been very helpful," Ahmed replied.
Kareem sighed and shook his head. He knew he had just gotten himself involved in something he might regret later, but it was too late to turn back now.
"Now, what to do, what to do?" Ahmed drummed the table as he thought, "I can just go in and take it, but why not create chaos meanwhile. That would take the heat from my back. I can distract other heroes while swooping in and out without anyone noticing me.
Sahar will definitely be there. I can smell her hand in this. Although I have ears everywhere, news wouldn't reach me this fast if it wasn't for her. She wants me out. Aww, she must have missed me. I should prepare a reunion gift for my darling. How about a bomb? Hmm, no that is too cheesy. A full blown massacre? Too bloody. How about… Oh, that can be it."
