Thus, through Quirk marriage, he spawned child after child, and all the failures casted away. Only Shoto was successful but his bad temper and blind obsession backfried, ending with Shoto hating his father for years. The reason why he never used his left side at the beginning was for this."
"How do you know all these?" Momo asked in shock.
"I heard." Mokami shrugged away.
"I was considering his agency. Now I don't." Momo crumpled the sheet and threw it away.

I cannot say which is better to be honest, but if we consider Shoto's right side alone, Li Wei is better." Mokami analyzed.
"I see now. I think it would do good for Todoroki-san to work with her, but she can't help with fire. His father on the other hand can help with fire but not with ice. That is tricky."

"Might be, but where there is power, there is corruption. Although I am not a fan of the Quirk Supervision Agency, they do prevent people from acting out in the sake of exploiting their permission to use their quirks publicly."
