I crept on towards the stalls; when I arrived, I climbed onto one of the stalls to find out what happened. Everyone was running around hysterically. Many people with weapons were walking around. They chased the people and caught them. Those who resisted were beaten. In some places there were injured people, in others even dead. I felt sick, it's just a dream. I'm sure something bad like this can't happen here. I- I have to help them. I looked at the situation resolutely, there are 15 enemies. How am I supposed to overpower them?
Shit! Why is this happening? I was looking for Yuki.
There are two places where it could be. First, she could have run away with the crowd, that would be the best, variation two would be that she ran into the forest. It's a 50% chance. No matter where I go, maybe she's not there. What if she ran into the forest? Will she get lost or find her way out?... Ouch, my head hurts… Ok, I'll go look for her in the forest, she wouldn't get lost in the crowd. I got off the roof and sneaked a few stalls away. They had locked up a few people. I thought for a moment, one security guard. I can beat him.
I sneaked up to him, wrapped my arms around his neck and squeezed his windpipe. It only took him a few seconds to pass out. My breathing became more hectic, I can't believe I just did that. Take a deep breath and exhale deeply.
I went to the car and opened it. The people inside ran out frantically, like a horde of cattle. I just managed to step on the side before I would lay under them.
"Hey there! She let the prisoners out!" shouted a man further away.
"Fuck" I ran towards the forest, on and on until I was out of breath. There was no one behind me, now I could take a deep breath. Relieved as I was, I became careless. Suddenly, a person stood in front of me, yellow big eyes and shaggy gray hair. A great young man. His face was truly a splendor. Petite, but still masculine. I was startled but I could just stop myself from screaming. I wanted to go backwards, but there was a woman standing behind me; she also had gray hair and yellow eyes. She grabbed me and asked, "What should we do with the little one? She released the prisoners!" She stroked the wound on my neck, "Oh wait, someone assaulted her already."
The man thought, then took my hand in his and looked at it.
"Such delicate and narrow fingers." He gently stroked them as if they were a treasure. If this woman didn't shut me up, I would be calling him a pervert now. Moving doesn't work either, the woman has strength like a gorilla, who would have thought? She is so petite.
Suddenly I cried out and bit the woman's hand, the guy pulled one of my nails out.
"Hold on little one! Your punishment is not finished yet!" the woman said to me with a smile. She stroked my hair which only made me more nervous. I got tears in my eyes, shortly afterwards I could not suppress my crying anymore. My nails were pulled out, one after the other and one more painful than the other.
When the guy pulled out my last nail, another man came along. He looked so exhausted and injured that one wonders how he could even stand.
That hair! The new man was the one I saw with Yuma.
"It's so exhausting with him, even without human blood, he's so fucking strong! Mmh? Who do we have here?" The man with the pink hair looked at me. He looked at me from top to bottom
"She let the prisoners out, that's why I'm punishing her right now." Answered the man with the gray hair without somebody asking him directly. Proudly he showed the pink haired man the nails pulled out.
The pink-haired man looked into his face with disgust and moaned, "You know this is fucking sick."
The man with pink hair looked at me with his grey eyes and wiped away my tears, "The little one is quiet cute."
He touched my hair and murmured, "Two eye color and naturally white hair. She's a nice gift for the boss."
"Then the boss will be pretty angry that you pulled her nails out!" said the woman laughing and let loose a bit so that I could say something. I angrily asked, "What is your Master supposed to do with me anyway?" I tried to stay strong to suppress my shaky voice. That was probably the stupidest question I could have asked. The three of them started laughing. The one with the pink hair replied, "What? Don't pretend to be more stupid than you are! There are two things, the first is simply because he collects rare things. You give a good collectible."
Perplexed, I looked at him. Collecting? Does he see people as things? "And secondly, he's a man and you're a woman, he's allowed to have a bit of fun, right?" He looked at me amused, as if he realized how scared I was at that moment.
The pink-haired man turned his attention back to the conversation. The three of them talked and thought about what they would do next. They said that the plan would work anyway, even though the police was on their way here. Slowly I began to stop listening to them. How should I get out of this situation? What happens if they take me. And what about Yuki? Hopefully, she and Akaya are safe. I wouldn't know how to explain it to Akito if I couldn't find them anymore.
At that moment I saw Yuki and Akaya in the distance on a hill.
But that's exactly what happened, Yuki and Akaya saw me. Yuki wanted to run but Akaya stopped her. She said something to Akaya, then Akaya ran in the opposite direction and Yuki ran towards me. I couldn't really think about it myself, my body just moved. I broke the arm of the woman holding me and threw her over me. Then I quickly ran to Yuki. The other two men could not believe it themselves and stopped. I don't know why they didn't persecute me, but I didn't care at the moment.
I pulled Yuki by her arm and ran quickly. I ran as fast as I could without taking Yuki into consideration. I yelled at her angrily and asked
"What were you thinking? You could have died; they would have killed you!" I had tears in my eyes. What would I have done then? She is my everything, if I had lost her...! I didn't want to give it a second thought. It would be unbearable!
Yuki apologized with a huff, "I'm sorry, but you were captured by them too! I had to do something." Yuki replied with watery eyes.
I looked at her in surprise. As long as Yuki's safe now. I wouldn't have cared what happened to me. But she thought of me, so I thanked her.
"Thank you, if we've done this, you'll get everything from me!"
"Yes!" We ran for a while until Yuki couldn't do it anymore. We were already at the edge of the forest. I saw the lanterns of the sidewalks. Now we just have to go to an area where people are.
"I... can... not... more," she said, out of breath.
"It's good now Yuki. We can walk slowly now."
She nodded and we continued walking towards the edge of the forest. It was an incredible silence, as if nothing had happened the whole time. There was also nothing to be heard of the current chaos at the festival. Occasionally, quiet cars could be heard from the streets. Relieved, I turned to Yuki. We finally made it, we are safe. Yuki was also able to breathe normally again. I was about to talk to her when suddenly something flew through the air. I quickly looked in the direction where the arrow came from. At the edge of the forest stood a wide silhouette. It wasn't one of the people from before. The silhouette looked familiar to me, but who was it? I didn't realize what was moving through the air. I quickly turned to Yuki. My breath got stuck in my throat. An arrow, it was an arrow... in her belly. Yuki looked at the arrow and pulled it out. Then she looked at me. "Kuro" she spoke softly and slowly began to sway. Just before she fell to the ground, I quickly caught her. I pulled a piece out of my kimono and pressed it on her wound. The piece of cloth was immediately sucked in blood. "Yuki! Hold on! Stay conscious!" I screamed in panic with tears in my eyes. Why doesn't it work? I pressed harder, but it didn't work. I quickly took off the upper garment of my kimono and pressed on it. Hoping it would stop her bleeding. Hot tears ran down my cheeks. Only now did I realize how cold it had become. My breath steamed with my tears. Yuki's blood too. The smell of metal filled the air. I cried out for help, but no one heard me. We were too far away. The guys had my phone and the only thing I can do is press on the wound. We should have run through!
"Kuro," Yuki said, sobbing, "I-it hurts so much." She breathed frantically and haltingly. Her chest faltered with every word and her voice broke.
"It will stop soon, don't worry, everything will be fine, yes?" I smiled at her and tried my best to get a tone out. I had to convince myself that everything would be fine. I'm sure I'll wake up right away. Certainly! Something bad like that can't happen. That's just a bad dream.
Suddenly, Yuki opened her eyes and called my name. I looked down at her and spat blood. Slowly I touched my throat. It was hot and sticky.
M-My blood.
I fell over Yuki. I didn't had any strength to keep myself up. I needed to help Yuki... She needs help... slowly I didn't feel my limbs anymore, everything became blurry, darker and darker. Strangely enough, it was not cold, but incredibly warm.
Yuki! I' am... so... sorry...
