Audrey stared dumbfoundedly at Lucas, 'he what!' She thought caught unawares by the sudden confession, Lucas looks at Audrey with anticipation, wondering what her next thought would be. He initially thought Audrey had picked the signals he had been dropping but she didn't get it, the next thing she did however frustrated Lucas even more.
Audrey stood up and ran to the cab by the curb, slightly shoving the customer who just alighted the cab and entered. The driver drove off instantly thinking that his services weren't needed anymore by his most recent customer, he was shocked to see another lady panting and drinking from the water bottle in her hand, "lakeside please!", Audrey said after drinking from her water bottle.
