"So what the fuck is going on?" Xiaosi asked as everyone gathered together in one group at the motel. They were all meeting after a good few hours of rest. Bohai sighed and sat down, placing his thumb to his chin in thought.
"I'm completely stumped," Bohai said. "There seemed to be more than one spirit."
"I don't think there was," Everett suddenly spoke up, causing the group to look over at him in shock. "I've been thinking about it. I think whatever we were dealing with was the same thing. The energy was confusing, but it felt like it was the same creature."
"The same creature?" Bohai asked, causing Everett to nod his head. "Is there anything out there that can multiply itself?"
"I don't think so," Everett said. "But it seemed to be disappearing and appearing in a new location."
"What forms has this creature taken?" Deyuan asked, causing Xiaosi to frown.
"A woman," Xiaosi told him, causing everyone else to nod their heads.
