"Explain to me again why we had to wait a whole year to enter the Elven Kingdom?" an annoyed voice said as a young girl sat next an oddly colored boy, who had headphones covering his ears. He wasn't even listening to her. "Haoming! I'm talking to you!"
"What?" Haoming asked, removing his headphones and looking at her.
"Oh my god! I am sixteen already! My wedding day was right around the corner! I had to spend way too much time with that snarky brat!" she hissed. "Why did it take this long?!"
"How should I know?" Haoming asked, shrugging his shoulders as he held tightly onto his 'garbage' box. "Li Na was the one talking to the guy!"
"The guy is standing right here," a man said from the trees above them. He jumped down and landed in front of the two raising his eyebrows at them. "You'd think my god daughter would be pleased to see me or something."
"Not at this moment," the girl said with a groan. "Why were you taking so long?!"
