The three sat in a large waiting room with about 100 other boys and girls. Everyone was walking around, singing and stretching and even practicing their dances. Shihong felt extremely uncomfortable and out of place. He had nothing prepared and really didn't want to be here. He was annoyed with Leon and Jiayu, who just kept laughing and patting his back.
"Why did you really want to come here?" Shihong asked with a glare. "You have prepared absolutely nothing. I'm going to look like an idiot."
"You're not, because look," Leon said, nodding towards a pair of boys sitting together. "I just heard them talking."
"Everyone talks," Shihong said, rolling his eyes. "Don't eavesdrop on people."
"No," Jiayu said, shaking his head. "Listen! They were talking about demons."
"What was the context?" Shihong asked, suddenly a little interested. "Maybe they were talking about a video game or a book or something–"
