"The rain has stopped," Seiji said later that night, standing up and reaching out to help Shaoqing up. "Let's go for a walk."
"You realize we've been walking this whole time, right?" Shaoqing asked with raised eyebrows. "For two weeks. In the dirt. With bugs."
"Well," Seiji said, a little speechless as he stared at him. "Let's go outside and get some privacy."
"Where it's wet? It's been raining and it's muddy, " Shaoqing stated, causing Seiji to let out a sigh and drop his hand.
"Nevermind," Seiji said, turning away with a sigh and starting to walk away. "I'll go out on my own."
"Wait, no!" Shaoqing cried out in panic when he realized how upset Seiji actually was at his words. He looked around and snatched one of Everett and Yongliang's blankets before rushing out behind Seiji. "I'll go with you!"
