The sun was setting as a pack of wolves surrounded an abandoned battleyard that was inclosed by a magical barrier. A boy in white robes jumped off one of the wolves and started walking around the barrier, placing small pieces of magic induced papers all around. These were called talismans. The talismans glew a golden color and soon the barrier broke open. The boy looked at another boy, who watched anxiously from on top of his wolf. He said something to the wolf, who let out a loud howl. The wolves all ran onto the battlefield, retrieving the body of a middle aged woman and pulling her out.
Once back, the boy in white jumped on the back of one of the wolves and they rushed away from the scene. The two boys were worried about being caught. They didn't think they would be able to make it out if the demon clan was aware of their presence. Once they made it back to their hideout, they got off the backs of the wolves and said a quick goodbye, letting them run off into the wild.
