Northernvale Palace:
"Lady Rebecca" A maiden called as she entered the room.
"The Duke is here to see you," She says.
Rebecca, who had her eyes on a novel narrowed her glare at the maid as she placed the book on the table.
"Tell him to come in," Rebecca says in a low tone while holding onto a teacup.
Seconds later, her guest arrived. She couldn't hide her excitement as she smiled the minute he walked in. She enjoyed seeing the look of anger and frustration on his face.
"Welcome Home Brother" She zips tea as she spoke.
"That's Duke Draco to you," Draco growled and took his seat opposing her.
"You don't need to get all worked up." She grinned.
"Why didn't you come to the wedding ceremony?" Draco questioned.
"I wasn't invited."
"I thought you were close to the Queen. Why wouldn't she invite you?" Draco lamented as Rebecca gazed at her reflection in her tea.
