On another continent, the flag of the white poplar trees of the Elf Race's Poplar Kingdom suddenly appeared at noon one day on the borderline between the Poplar Kingdom and the Orc Gales Kingdom.
This region had always been a contentious area, where approximately a year ago the troops of the Poplar Kingdom had clashed with those of the Gales Kingdom, suffering a loss of 4,000 men. Both sides had then faced off across the banks of a river called the Segal.
The war seemed to have subsided, but recently the Poplar Kingdom had once again increased its forces at the Segal River, and the atmosphere in the nearby war zone had suddenly become tense once more.
Within the territory of the Gales Kingdom, on the plains near the Segal River, the Orc commanders were discussing recent military maneuvers in a tent.
