It's been a week since Misha had his run-in with Duke Letten. I decided that finding a way to get that fucking anklet off him was the main priority. We have tried just about everything short of cutting off his foot. We had some engineers come and look into it but they didn't find a safe solution. One of them did say he was confident he could take it off but the first toxin would be triggered. Misha said he could handle it but I told him no. I didn't want to risk it. We tried forcefully taking it off with no luck. It was just too dangerous. In the meantime, Misha has given Duke Letten detailed reports. It seems to have appeased him for now. Misha seems to be alright. Now and then I find him spacing out. I ask him if he is ok but he always answers the same way. "I'm fine." I don't want to pressure him but I'm worried. Luckily he is seeing Dr. Nelson 3 times a week. Hopefully, that will help him a bit.
