"Don't you think that they were all too eager to help?" Deacon asks as he sips his coffee.
After the meeting, we decided to grab coffee. Deacon seems to be addicted to coffee. Anytime he has a non-alcoholic drink it's coffee.
"Hmm, I don't. Honestly, some of them had a look in their eyes that was familiar to me. I've seen it many times. It's the look of someone who is out for revenge. Even if the revenge is personal or for Jay like they say, it's a look I feel like I can trust. If only a little bit." I say to Deacon.
