Lime panicked the moment that the bell started ringing. Clearly, his poking and prodding at the cauldron/bell with his magic had set something off. He didn't even care at that moment either. Gin magics were the ones that held the bell in place, and he felt some sense of shared guilt as a result.
"Sorry, my fault." He thought to the others, grabbing the cauldron and using magic to pry the metal and wires that held it in its bell position.
"Too late for sorry now." Gerald responded. "Isadora, get ready to send the food. I've got the books, and am now on my way to the treasury."
