Then, all of a sudden, she became aware of a glimmer in the distance. It resembled a glow that a mirror was reflecting.
The region boss was rapidly approaching behind her, and her skill duration was about to end. She, therefore, made the decision to stake everything on this. If this glow belonged to the opposing team, Helen might be able to use them to divert the monster so she can have a chance to escape.
She dashed with all her might toward this glow, which represented her only hope, and her long-range vision skill allowed her to recognize its owner. She didn't immediately recognize him because of the items he was wearing, but she soon realized he was Raydon and the pauldron on his shoulder was what was causing the glow.
