Gavin made one run after another. His steps were accompanied by the terrible roar of the explosion falling to the ground that he couldn't even figure out where it was coming from. The city is shrouded in thick smoke along with the pouring rain that intensifies in just a few moments.
Dressed in his black, wet, fading pants paired with a thick gray robe — the young man made his way to the Fiero Pack' Main Office. He needs to report to Alpha Jackson what happened at the Plaza just now.
Strange creatures were lurking around the City, and he was sure it was not of their kind. Their smell permeates the entire town. They didn't carry any machines or gun weapons except for a small piece of wood whose tip sparkled with the magic it was spitting out. Those kinds are sorcerers.
'But what are they doing in the city without permission?' Gavin asked himself.
"Alpha Jackson!" Gavin shouted when he finally enter his office. He is the brave Alpha's second in command, he had the authority to brag into the place without any notice.
But he didn't expect to catch up with some Omega and Beta who seemed to be discussing something with his superior. Alpha Jackson immediately looked at him and nodded. But the behavior of the Alpha a the time was strange, the leader gave him a secret signal he only knows what is it.
He looked at the boss again, he wanted to ask what was happening but doesn't have any chance at all.
"Get the wine in my room, the expensive one from Antrifacts." Alpha Jackson ordered him.
He replied with a nod. Gavin took a long step towards the room with an antique door, carved with a wolf head. He immediately entered and looked around at every room. Then his reflexes move him in front when he saw the door he was searching for.
Gavin pushed the table blocking the door, then lean his hand on the left corner of the space on his front. A lock key was hidden in there and can not be seen by not examining it thoroughly.
Behind the door is a secret way out of his whereabouts. And it only means one thing, there is a lot of danger around so Alpha Jackson made him use the secret tunnel.
Gavin's pace and walks were so fast, he passed several large trees and grass on the way. The room was a continuation of a road into the heart of a forest located near their family's hat. The Alpha made it for an emergency escape in the future, and Gavin wouldn't think he will be the first one to use it.
Gavin didn't even think about what he was doing, he sped up his movement so much that he almost flew into every tree he passed.
"Let me take over," it was his wolf spirit, Levi.
"No, don't worry I can manage. But, what was going on?" an explosion made Gavin stop, gasping for his breath.
"You heard that?" He added.
"I don't know either," Levi replied. "We must hurry, Alpha Jackson has an answer to all of this. Go straight to the house," Levi, with his deep growling voice commanded his partner.
Gavin nodded back to him, as he knew his friend was right. Their Alpha will not lead him to this if there is no explanation. He then immediately turned his back and continued running through their hat's path. But then, a sudden force from his side let him crumple into the ground. Good thing he manages to roll over and take his balance, his left hand, and other knee on the ground supporting his whole body.
"Gavin!" The man approaches him with a hug. His grayish beard planted below his chin tells how old he was.
"Uncle!" he grabbed and hugged his Uncle Gerry who was by now four hundred years older than him. "What are you doing here? And what is happening?" he added to his mixed questions.
"Alpha Jackson sent a message for me to go meet you here. You need to move quickly before they had the chance to hold onto you." Gerry guided his nephew to the track of their home. He landed on his hand a food bag and some amenities.
"I don't get it, are they chasing me or something?" Gavin simply lowered his voice saying the word 'chasing'.
His Uncle reluctantly threw a sad face at him. He knew it, something seems odd with what his Alpha and the committee reacted in front of him. And now, his uncle wants him to escape for a reason he doesn't even know.
"You take good care of yourself, okay?" Gerry gave his nephew an encouraging hug, tapped his shoulder, and gave instructions about going to Moryoda to fetch his twin sister Gianna.
He seriously explains to him the details about the war that popped up like a mole in a head. Hybrids, multiple breeds, and whoever has rare blood are being taken to the Witch with no identity yet.
Six hours ago, an unknown army killed and held hostage several people in different communities. Messengers from Antrifacts, Moryoda, City of Humans, Trenselveynia, and Wolf City come across the different cities, asking for help or backup. And that they didn't know all of them are under the control of one Villainess Witch who wanted to wake up from a hundred years of sleep. The bad witch wanted to take her revenge and find her ultimate soulmate who also died on her time 700 years ago.
"Go and take your sister with you, then return to your mother. Tenement Uno will be safer than staying here, everyone knows you're both three-blooded." Gerry's instructions are concrete, Gavin should not make a mistake for this.
"Will all this gonna work? For sure patrollers were scattered everywhere. I can just brag by and pass on with them."
"If there is no option, you use your power."
Gavin got stunned by what his Uncle said, he never let him use his powers rather than with the wolf form. He was too strict and into rules.
"Use it to save yourself, don't worry us here– You and Gianna are more important as of this moment."
"Okay, if that was what I need to do, I'll go fetch my sister. But promise me, 'you'll be safe with Aunt and Andrein. We will be back soon."
"I promise."
The two said an emotional goodbye to each other before Gavin finally made his way to Moryoda City. A unique place for Witches and Wizards.

Moryoda is hidden between an elegant mountain and a lake whose end leads to the ocean that is in the territory of the Mortal people. Even though every part of the entire Continent was covered in smoke and various explosions, Gavin didn't have that much trouble tracking down the City. He passed through a cave under Lake Umpombres. Some good mermaids guided him.
Gavin couldn't hide the fact that all werewolves were not allowed to pass through any city. The whole city was alarmed by Gavin's sudden disappearance from the Alpha Office. His Uncle was right, they were being chased.
But why?
If the Hybrids are what they are looking for, he and Gianna should hide. They are both Tybrids. Gianna is half Witch, one-fourth vampire, and another one-fourth watcher. While he is half wolf, 1/4 human, and 1/4 merman.
It sounds weird but that's the truth. Their mother who was a pure human had a relationship with a Cursed God. They were already in their mother's womb when a vampire bite her. And the first blood that their mother tasted was the mixed blood of her friends who are different creatures.
They turned out to be accidental hybrid babies.
On the way into the School where Gianna lives, he encountered a security checkpoint for every visitor going into the vicinity. He can't just pretend to be passing by and looking for her sister. He looked up and saw the patrollers and guards at the top of the lighthouse, wands on their hands ready to strike anyone who will be causing trouble.
On his left were a bunch of reporters, car mobiles, and some photographers. Gavin got curious about what they are doing at this very moment, the world is in chaos but they were on the run for some celebrity.
The young werewolf adjusted his hoodie from his cloak, he was hiding his identity as everyone knew who he was. Good thing his sister left one of her cloaks when she visited him last year. It looks shorter to him, but at least he secured his face.
"They were hiding the Hybrids, we will wait for them here, the tunnel in the middle of the forest is also guarded by a publication person. We must get the headline, no matter what happens." Gavin could hear the conversation of the people gathering in front of the gate from where he was standing. His werewolf's ear radar is sharp, his hearing sense reaches up to fifty meters from where he stands.
Gavin didn't waste any more time, he secretly walk back and forth, trying to find a way to sneak inside.
But after a few hours, he was surprised to be approached by a man just as tall as him. It was in a uniform that resembled the design of Gianna's. His thick hair was curly, and one hand was in his pocket.
"I know where you can find your sister." Gavin wouldn't have paid attention to that man if he hadn't mentioned knowing Gianna. But he has to take a risk. Gavin just prepared his defense in case it was a trap.
He agreed and followed his walk, feeling the stranger's every move. They continued walking, passing some witchcraft stores and others. Until they reach an alley, there is a distance from the opening of the prestigious Witch School.
"Where is my sister?" he asked. The curly man had his back turned to him, saying no word.
Gavin looked around to see if there was anything he could use. He's not underestimating the power of those blessed with magic. He had once seen the ability of her twin, and he was very amazed by it.
The curly man didn't bother to face Gavin instead, he stretched his head from left to right.
The shape and curve of its body gradually changed, it shrunk slightly from him. And a blond hair grew longer and trimmed from his head.
It's not just shape-shifting, everything is full of magic.
"Hi, brother."
Gavin got shocked when the man who was as masculine as him now turned out to be his sister.
She's indeed Gianna for its girly gestures, green almond eyes, and the lace on her head, a part of an outfit she can't let go of since childhood.
"I'm sorry, did I startle you? They're not gonna make us leave. So I need to sneak out with a Shape-Shifting Potion."
"A-are you okay? They are taking multiple breeds, Uncle says it's for a Witch." Gavin said, leaning towards her twin. "Who's that witch?"
Gianna shook her head, thinking about how to explain it to her brother. "It sounds weird but, yeah, it is because of a witch..."
She paused for a moment and tremblingly looked worried at his brother.
"What now Gianna? Spill it out."
"That Black Witch, wants to resurrect back for his lover. . . She's dead, from the past. And his followers are doing the job for her," she explains.
"Okay. That was a b*lls*t reason, but I don't care. C'mon, before they found us." Gavin pulled Gianna, as they need to be out in Moryoda.
But suddenly, her sister hesitated to go and looked directly at him. Her eyes changed from green to clear white, with no pupils at all.
"She is your girlfriend. I saw it, and still see it right now."
Gavin admitted that her sister is a watcher with a special eye, but how can she say that a witch is her girlfriend? He didn't even have to see who was his mate.
