The aftermath of the war was pretty devastating, they still couldn't rest because there were so many things that they needed to handle, since the destruction across the continent was very massive.
Therefore, after the war, there was no celebration and most people, though they were relief that everything finally came to end, they were shrouded by grief. They lost so many people that they loved the most and not only that, the damage because of the poisonous miasma and the backlashes had left almost all of them without a place to stay.
With that, Cane and his people had to work hard to stabilize the situation in the continent, just in case the people from the other continent would use this moment to put pressure on them and claim their territory.
