There was nothing unusual for today, as the baby was sleeping peacefully on their cribs and the white bear slept on the carpets close to their cribs.
However, Zander woke up and started to play on his own, which made the bear woke up too and attend to the baby.
Lil Thing nuzzled Zander's hand that stretched out through the gap between his crib and licked his fingers, which made the baby giggled.
His noise caught Joel's attention, as he was standing right in front of the door and immediately went into the room to see that Zander was already awake.
Seeing Joel, Zander stood up and raised both of his arms, asking Joel to pick him up.
"Up! Up!"
