Alexander was satisfied, he still had a 20 minute wait between uses but being able to use the skill for ten minutes made Alexander much more suited to a prolonged combat situation.
It was time for Alexander to spend this statistic point, Alexander thought about what would be the most adequate, already he eliminated the Force which was largely sufficient for the moment with this 'gauntlet of black steel', Alexander instead pushed his gaze on agility, he remembered the description of the statistic 'Agility' on the Hunter Academy website, Agility can be distinguished in four advantages:
Movement speed: Higher agility can allow you to move faster.
Attack speed: Agility can increase the speed with which you can attack, which is particularly useful for close combat classes.
Dodge: Agile Hunters may have a better chance of dodging enemy attacks, making them harder to hit.
Reflexes: In some cases, agility can influence actions that require quick reflexes, such as avoiding traps or performing acrobatic moves.
For a tank fighter, there was absolutely no need to dodge or have high reflexes, you could simply take damage by boosting your 'Resistance' stat, but Alexandre didn't want to be a tank fighter, he wanted to be an offensive fighter in order to be as versatile as possible, so he decided to invest 6 of his 12 stat points in agility.
Alexander also wanted to invest a few points in resistance, he knew that with his passive skill [Immortal] he didn't really need it, but Alexander had already been confronted with some enemies who had hurt him too easily, he needed his body to be more resistant in everyday life, so he decided to invest another 3 points in 'Resistance'.
He therefore still had 3 stastic points to spend, Alexander having overcome this main weakness, he wanted to make himself more efficient, after all, the life of a Hunter wasn't just about one-on-one arena combat, it was also about observation, patience, knowing how to judge the strength of an enemy, knowing the right moment to attack, overall it was about surviving in a hostile environment, And brute force wasn't always the best way of achieving this. Alexandre remembered the striking scene in the laboratory where Director Hart had smelled the blood of a student several metres underground, and he was very impressed. He therefore decided to invest his last 3 stat points in 'Perception', Perception being something rather special, it could be defined as follows:
Enemy Detection: Higher Perception can allow a character to detect hidden or invisible enemies from a greater distance.
Trap detection: Characters with high Perception can spot traps before triggering them, which can be crucial in avoiding damage or dangerous situations.
Search and exploration: Perception can improve the ability to find hidden objects, buried places or items, or even certain secret passages.
Accuracy: Increased perception can improve the accuracy of elementary spells or ranged attacks with firearms.
Survival, Harvesting and Crafting: Perception can help characters locate natural resources more easily, which is useful for professions.
Situational analysis: A high level of perception allows you to better distinguish between enemy types, it's strength and weakness, it's attack and above all it's your own statistic.
This statistic wasn't essential, but it helped avoid dangerous situations for many inexperienced hunters, many of whom died blissfully because they didn't know their enemies well, the information was as vital as any primary statistic.
Alexander, having finished choosing 12 points of statistics, received this message:
