Survival brings death.
A low growl surfaced, saliva dripping as it mixes itself with the red crimson drops. It formed a path traveling from the mouth of the beast all the way to it's arm.
A severed head, gripped between the claws of it's killer. A similar face but different colour of fur. Green slithed eyes, well.....dead green now.
Low footsteps approached the beast, it turned it's head in response. Head moving ever so slightly to the ever changes sounds of nature.
" Speak " A low growl escaped it's mouth, hoarse and rough. It sounded like he was out of breath.
" The tribe leader has recalled all hunters.....he wants to make peace with the other tribes. " It spoke with a fairly clearer but deep voice.
" Hmm. " He snarled back in response before raising the head he had torn apart earlier.
He looked at it and frowned before raising it just over his head, letting the blood drip upon him as it drizzled and travelled down his body.
He raised his head and lowered the lids upon his eyes. He focused, feeling the fleeting warmth of the blood. The strong scent and taste.
Then, he threw it away and reached down for his weapon. A rifle, large enough to fit into his arms. Designed with symbols symbolic to their tribe. A gift from other worlder.
" Let us go, we do not want to be late or father won't be pleased. " He said to his followers dragging his words to further show its meaning.
They ran, fast and quick. Their strong smell and hearing aided them without stop. They moved like they were born and had lived here.
The trees with left with the mark of their claws as those too weak broke under the force of their weight. Leaves shimmered and fell, covering the ground in green, red and yellow.
Then they has reached, their speed lowered as they moved with a sense of safety and security in their mind. They were home, in their own territory plus there should now be a truce in effect.
" Ras"knuk, the father awaits you in the truce hall. Beware, the other tribe leaders are there. " A new beast emerged, rifle slugged across his back as he stood on his hind legs.
Legs larger than that of a human, height as tall as 7 feet on average. Face styled like that of a fox, teeths bared a werewolf.
" Understoon. Is Rickshaw there?" He asked, his voice soften as he Muttered her name. Eyes lowered in sadness and guilt, a sense of weakness exuded around him.
" Yes brother and so is Rabnock. Accompanies his father, trailing behind him whilst he sniffs around our home. " The beast replied.
" Thank you Raskirg." Ras"knuk replied before walking towards his new destination.
" Of course, Brother. " he said with a slight bow before turning to the other one beside him as they both walked away.
In the hall of truce, sat the major tribes that dominate the surface of The Rah'ak"nae. The Rah'rab"nae, the Rah'ras"nae, the Rah'rik"nae, the Rah'grask"nae and the Rah'runr"nae.
Ras"knuk opened the door ever so gently, body colored in the scent of blood and colour of the crimson moon. It oozed it's way into the nostrils of the beasts present.
" Brethren " A low growling snarl escaped with words weaving through it, those with similar features already had their teeths out.
"How many " A slow dragged out question echoed.
" The ones I bathe in number 4, we killed 3 dozen. " Rasnuk responded as he walked into the room and took a seat by his father.
The guards closing the door as he walked away, shutting it from the eyes of those who dare to privy and seek knowledge on the words of the tribes.
" How many did they claim of you?" The question came out from the same voice, the eyes of the beasts never once leaving Ras"knuk.
" 7 dead, a dozen injured....lightly. " He replied in an absent tone. Then a smile surfaced as his tongue cleaned the edges of his lips. Swaying itself upon the red stained fur.
"...Yourrrr reputation- precedes you Ras"knuk, son of Ras"knurk. I am RunrKirsa, daughter of RunrKorpa. A female Rah'ak'nae spoke out, she sounded pleased and happy.
" You speak to highly of me. " Rasnuk said in reply, bowing ever so slightly as a sign of respect.
" Please, we are of the same pack, do not treat me like i am one of the older ones. " She said to him.
" As true as that may be, you are still the tribe leader of the Rah'runr"nae. Respect is owed and will be given. " Rasnuk replied in response, his voice increasing slightly to show his will to not back down.
" Very well. Rasnuk" She said.
" Brethren, I have gathered us all here to discuss our future. The other worlder has left but his shadows remain unchecked. " Ras"knurk spoke out, standing as he outstretched his hands.
Everyone silenced as he spoke his intentions, listening with great focus and intensity. It had become common knowledge that the otherworldly had opened their eyes.
" My people have seen them, they mine out our world with no care for her cries. They kill any they judge worthy of it. They do not fight with honour. "
" Their foot soldiers walk our grounds on kindness banter, uncaring of their slain Brethren. They do not mourn their fallen, they do not bleed like us. "
" It's only a matter of time till they are strong enough to become flesh and no longer body...." He said before sitting back down. A moment of silence ensued shortly and then was broken.
" What do you propose we do, fight them. We do not have the numbers or trust to do so." Voiced Rikpungq.
" We...have never united. Never thought beyond our surface. This may be abrupt but our Rah'ak"nae Es"hark has foreseen planets numbering in the thousands. "
" We need not kill ourselves to prove make ourselves stronger. We shall simply spill the blood of those not ours." Rab"arner said aloud voicing his thoughts.
" Besides, they also saw these beings numbering as many as the grains by which the seas of Ak'nae wash over. "
" Thousands more joining their ranks per day if we let them keep growing. " Finished Rab"arner.
