"Let's see... still a shit ton of wood everywhere, but at least Orlu's wife is making good use of it." Alex muttered to himself as he examined the first floor of his dungeon. A large hologram floated in front of him, displaying every detail thanks to his [Dungeon Creation] tab.

Currently, about 80% of the first floor is still filled with wood… with 83% of the second floor being filled. The dungeon itself was slowly breaking it down through some strange decay process. But this wasn't normal decay, when the wood decayed, it left behind absolutely nothing. No dust, no splinters, no residue. It was as if the wood had never existed at all.

While the dungeon's automated repair function was slowly restoring the first and second floors, a feature Alex hadn't even realized existed since he hadn't fully read the dungeon manual, his dungeon mobs were also putting the surplus of very durable wood to good use. They were rebuilding and upgrading their homes, well it was only his first floor that was making good use of all the wood.

It was also fortunate that the dungeon's automated repair function ignored the wood his mobs were using. This meant any homes that were rebuilt surprisingly quickly were safe and considered part of the dungeon.

Though it would take a while for the dungeon to be fully repaired, 45 more days, to be exact. Also, the population on the first floor had been reduced to a third, as Alex evacuated all the non-fighters to the third floor, while the second floor was practically empty as the beast tide that fucking wood bitch brought left nothing intact, there wasn't even snow or dirt at all, just the pure smooth stone floor was left. Even the small mountain the Chenoo stayed at was completely gone. Thankfully, his mobs were able to respawn when killed, but the stronger they were, the longer it took.

[[Dungeon Automated Repair Function = DARF, too lazy to write it repeatedly. The next chapter will also show all current functions available and with these abbreviated words that I plan to use, I'll always post what they mean. So do not worry about trying to remember them constantly]]

On the first floor, the children and elderly slowly began rebuilding their homes while DARF focused all its efforts on removing foreign objects, namely, the wood. Only the weaker warriors, like the skinks and a few other lizard men, had respawned so far.

It was going to take a full two weeks for everyone on his first and second floors to respawn. So Alex could only pray that no one could get through the wood walls that completely covered the first and second-floor entrances.

Of course, Alex could use his SP to speed up DARF or make his mobs respawn immediately, but he thought that would be a waste of SP and decided to save it for something better. Instead, he invested it in his newly created third floor, which housed the Queen Terragnath, his new Ant boss.

Switching the hologram view from the first floor to the third, Alex saw Kali riding atop Antara, his name for the Queen Terragnath. In the corner of the room, he noticed a large pile of fresh corpses waiting to be eaten, even though his [Raid] button was gathering dust.

Now, you might be wondering, how the fuck does Antara have fresh corpses when Alex hasn't even used his [Raid] feature? Well, since the third floor was his creation and not a template provided by the system, it came with a lot more privileges.

One of the greatest privileges was that mobs not created from templates could leave the dungeon, though only for 2 hours at a time. However, this privilege came with significant downsides. If a mob failed to return to the dungeon within the 2 limit, it would automatically die and never respawn. The same applied if they were killed while outside the dungeon. Once they do come back to the dungeon, there's a 12-hour time limit before they can go outside again.

Under the [Raid] function, though, mobs were protected from these negative effects. So, Alex had to be careful about who he sent out. Since he didn't want Antara to be killed, he stopped her from leaving the dungeon altogether and had Ethan bring her food instead.

As for Antara herself, she was still a bit young to start laying eggs, as she had only hatched about a week ago. But despite being born the size of a large dog, she had already grown to the size of a small car. Also meaning she required a shit ton of food to supply all the energy that was going into her growth. And looking at the 3D model of Antara, Alex was surprised at what his little ant had.

Her exoskeleton was thick and sleek, segmented around the joints to allow for decent flexibility. It was entirely black, with thick dark red lines tracing across her body. Surprisingly, the thickest part of her exoskeleton was about 3 inches thick, with the thickness around the joints being less than an inch.

Most of the time since hatching, Antara had spent excavating the entire third floor to prepare it for her future offspring. Compared to the small nest Alex managed to build after two days of hard work, Antara had quadrupled its size in less than a day. She only stopped digging when she decided the nest was good enough… for now.

Antara's massive mandibles easily crushed through stone, and her earth affinity made bulldozing through solid rock even easier. But what did she do with all that excavated stone? She simply tossed it onto the first floor and let someone else deal with it. Still, she kept a pile of stone in the corner of her chambers, because, aside from her diet of massive amounts of meat, Antara also had a peculiar appetite. She loved to eat stone, or more specifically, ores.

Antara's habit of eating stone surprised Alex, but since she seemed fine, he let her eat whatever she wanted. As for the ores? Antara had found them herself, less than ten pounds of copper and iron to be exact, and Alex had no use for them anyway, so they were hers to devour.

What really surprised Alex, though, was that she even managed to find ores in the first place. All he'd ever come across was plain stone and other useless shit. But oh well, at least if he ever needed to mine for something, or create a new dungeon floor, he could always count on Antara.

Expanding the view of the third floor, Alex took in all the work Antara had done while he was away. And while she had done an impressive job, there were still some problems she couldn't fix.

The environment itself needed to be adjusted to support a future ant colony. Browsing through the [Dungeon Creation] tab, Alex saw an endless array of purchasable items and environmental modifications that were amazing… if only he had enough SP for them.

Scrolling through the options recommended for ant-type mobs, he found settings to adjust humidity, brightness, oxygen levels, and temperature. There was even an option to change the interior surfaces from stone to other materials.

For the relatively low cost of 1M SP, Alex could switch the interior surfaces of the nest from stone to iron. Or, for an extra 900M SP, he could upgrade to something like diamonds. There was a lot of materials Alex could choose from and by mindlessly scrolling, the cost was reaching up to trillions.

As he continued browsing, he discovered several preset templates available for purchase, though they came with hefty price tags. The cheapest one, suitable for Antara's species and future size, costs over 400K SP. It was a simple, small nest shrouded in almost complete darkness, with thin lines of lava tracing the walls and flowing through narrow crevices on the floor. The rooms and corridors were thick with smoke, which was followed by a very strong stench of sulfur.

With small streams of lava everywhere, near-total darkness, and a toxic atmosphere, traveling through the nest would be nearly impossible for most people.

The preset template also included a new creature: a stone aphid. After reading its description, Alex seriously considered purchasing it if he ever had enough SP.

Hey guys, thanks for reading

Comment on any mistakes or changes I should make.

Sorry about the inconsistency you see when reading but these are the changes I've decided to make and are final, so I'll be trying my best to make sure that I stay consistent. This is my first time writing and when I read other novels, I realized that my ways of writing the system are shit.

The [Shop] is being moved into [Dungeon Creation] as it was mainly for purchasing stuff for Alex's dungeon. Alex could practically buy and get anything he wants, but only from the worlds his summons are from, so he can currently purchase anything from the Call of Duty Games, Horizon Zero Dawn, Jurassic Park/World, For Honor, Pokemon, Elden Ring, Quiet Place, The Witcher, ARK, Fire Force, Plants vs Zombies, and Avatar.

Ability/Passive Token has been renamed to 'Power Token'. And Dungeon tokens can only be acquired through anything that deals with any dungeon. However, the way Alex acquires a Dungeon token can somewhat determine his reward. If he successfully beats a dungeon, he'll acquire a dungeon floor or boss template. If he successfully defends his dungeon from invaders, his reward may be some new mobs, loot drops mobs may be able to drop when killed, items, and anything that I could think of that'll help only help his dungeon.

Maybe Chapter or the one after, I'll be going over the rules of his Dungeon and all the functions, such as DARF. So you guys can understand that I'm not pulling shit out of my ass randomly.

I rewrote, removed, and added a lot more stuff to all of Alex's summons as I believe the descriptions were shit or I missed some of their powers. I'll post an auxiliary chapter later so yall can see the changes I made. Comment if I change or remove something.

I've been using ChatGPT whenever I need descriptions for powers, dungeon templates, species, items, etc. But of course, I'm giving all the information and ideas, I'm just using ChatGPT to improve the descriptions or to bounce ideas around. There are just way too many ideas that I think of and plan to use, that I need an improved description for, so you guys can fully picture what it does or looks like, and it's just easier for me. And in the paragraph above, I use ChatGPT to improve the descriptions of the summons powers.

This ain't a serious FF, I write when I feel like writing, so don't expect great writing or the best scenes that are comparable to waaaaaaaaaaay better novels here. But if you think that I missed something or have an idea to improve something, comment or criticize it. Any bit helps. My Editors are named Google Docs, Grammarly, and sometimes ChatGPT.
