In the Flame Emperor's sinister laughter, he radiated a blindingly dazzling white light, which vanished immediately. In place of the twelve-meter-high monster stood a robust young man of about two meters. He had handsome features, eyes that burned with a fiery passion, and long flowing hair as red as flame that swept across his shoulders. His bare, muscular upper body was marred by a wound, a bullet-sized hole in his abdomen. Dressed in long pants and boots that seemed woven from solid flame, he looked like the god of fire elementals, Karsus incarnate.
This was the humanoid form of the Flame Emperor after ascension, and despite the transformation, there was no decrease in his magical power or physical strength. Moreover, he now possessed an even greater agility.
