The point Liu Zhenhan was seeing, was the Pompeii Empire's Aerial Scout, the Jun Falcon Knight.
This group of Jun Falcon Scouts that soared into the sky totaled twenty, and due to the Jun Falcons' physical strength, it was impossible for them to circle around the sky all day, hence, every half day, twenty would land to rest, while the other Jun Falcon Knights would take turns heading in four different directions to seek out potential enemies.
