Everyone looked at the slab of concrete kept in the middle while marveling over the fact that Lucas made it when there was nothing from the start.
"You really are something Lucas… making concrete slabs? This… too good to be true." Mike said, his eyebrows up as if he was surprised out of his wits. Even what he said came out as if he was at a loss of words.
"I had a blueprint and I didn't make it alone," Lucas said with a smile yet his eyes told everyone that he was very proud.
"Hahahahaa! Yeah, I helped with crushing the bones." Jerry smacked his arm around Lucas's shoulders making him stumble with his weight a little.
Everyone started smiling while looking at the duo.
Lucas after looking at everyone felt elated, he wanted this happiness to be eternal. No misery to come yet that was not possible, he knew that.
Suddenly, Lucas's eye moved sharply to the back, he unintentionally smacked Jerry's hand with force making him stumble a little.
