By the time they had finished exploring every corner of the dig site, it was already past lunchtime. Engrossed in their activities and fueled by a satisfying breakfast earlier in the day, they had lost track of time. As they returned to the temporary office, they noticed the workers taking their lunch break and some who are almost done. It reminded them that it was time to satisfy their own appetites as well.
Amy was touched by the generosity of the workers, who kindly offered to share their lunches with her and Henry. Despite the limited amount of food they had for themselves, they selflessly extended a portion of it to Amy and Henry as a gesture of hospitality and kindness.
