The opening of the first mall branch proceeded smoothly, without any hiccups. It was already late when Roana finally arrived at Anton's penthouse.
Earlier, while assisting Anton at the self-service station, she had informed him that she would be going with Kevin after work. Being in the mall already made it convenient for her to accomplish her objective.
Upon entering the penthouse, Roana found Anton and Mary waiting for her, accompanied by Rei and Sandra. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of anticipation. Rei wasted no time and inquired, "Were you able to place the devices correctly?"
"Yes, I did. But something seemed off. He was acting normal today. I asked him why he was being so nice to me, and he simply stated that he wanted to make friends since he's new here, which is true," Roana shared with a hint of confusion in her voice.
"Are you absolutely certain there's nothing suspicious about him today?" Anton questioned, expressing his concerns.
