When Trisha reached living, all attention was shifted to Trisha. All were looking amusingly at her. She gave a nervous smile and touched the feets of Raghvan Singhania and Divya singhania. (a way to greet elder people in India)
She then sat beside her sister-in-law. All were indulged in their talking.
Trisha then nudged her sister-in-law Kavya and whispered to her, "Why nobody informed me about their arrival. Look, I made a fool of myself. "
"Actually I thought Mom had informed you about this. So, I did not tell you. And by the way you were looking really cute, you mother-in-law also said that you were looking cute. Now chill. You have enough entertained us. ", whispered Kavya with a sweet smile on her face which irritated Trisha. In result Trisha pinched Kavya on her arms.
" Aahh", shrieked Kavya.
All turned their heads towards Kavya. Trisha also started staring at her with fake concern.
"What happened beta", asked Kanchan roy.
" Nothing Dadi (grandmother). Just aryan bit me on my hands. Nothing else. ", Kavya said laughing nervously.
Bhai glared at me and Trisha glared at him back. He shook his head on this.
Devansh was all the time staring at Trisha. He was amused only looking at her.
Suddenly bell door rang and avinash went to opened the door.
Soon after sometime he came with Pandit ji (priest) tagging behind him.
"Namaste Panditji (priest). Come sit ", said Twinkle Roy.
All greeted him and he took a seat.
Twinkle then asked him to find a date for Trisha and Devansh's marriage.
He looked at his documents and said that there are two dates of marriage, one is after 20 days and second one is after 1 year.
All were looking at each other listening to the dates.
Devansh was panicking inside, he can not wait for one year to marry her.
"Pandit ji (priest), is there in no dates between them. because 20days is very soon and one year is very far. ", asked twinkle frowning.
" No, there are no dates for marriage. ", he said.
" Why don't we fix the dates after 20days. What do you think Trisha. ", asked Mrs. Divya singhania.
Trisha was still in shock hearing the dates.
" I don't know. As you all like. ", said Trisha faking her smile.
Devansh can see through her. He never wanted to discomfort her.
" Mr. Roy can I talk with Trisha alone. ", Devansh asked Trisha's father.
" Of course beta (child). And please don't call me Mr. Roy now. You call me dad or papa as you like. After all you are going to marry my daughter. ", said Aniket with a smile on his face.
Devansh nodded his head and said, " Sure Dad".
Aniket smiled listening this.
"Trisha go take him to your room. ", said Aniket to her daughter Trisha.
Trisha nodded his head and glanced at him and started going towards her room.
Devansh as usual silently followed her.
Both went inside her room. Both we silently staring at each other.
Trisha cleared her throat and said, "Please sit. "
Devansh without breaking his eye contact sat on her bed and patted on bed beside him.
Trisha understood his gesture and sat beside him.
Still feeling his gaze Trisha lowered her head and blushed furiously.
"So, What did you wanted to talk. ", asked Trisha fidgeting with her hands.
" I just wanted to say that If want we can't marry after a year. I saw how you got uncomfortable listening to my mom saying marriage dates should be after 20 days. I can totally understand if you that you want to marry after one year. " ,said Devansh smiling sadly.
Devansh was saying all this but in inside he was hoping that they can marry today itself.
Trisha quickly said looking at him, " it's not like that. I was just nervous. I did not know how to react to this. All these things are going very fast. I mean a day before yesterday I was a free birdie and now I am... you know na what I am saying. ", rambled Trisha.
Devansh shaked his head in No amusingly.
Trisha suddenly took a deep breath and said to Devansh looking at him, "I mean to say that I have no problem in marrying you after 20 days. All are very happy with our marriage. Otherwise also I have to marry you, so why not after 20 days. Right. "
Devansh suddenly cupped her face with his both hands and said, "but are happy. If you are feeling that this is going so fast then we can choose the second date. "
Trisha was looking at him with her big eyes. Her heart was beating very fast. She was feeling thousands of butterflies in her stomach. Her face was heating up.
She controlled her emotions and said blushing furiously, " No. I have no problem. "
Devansh took his hands back and nodded his head pleased with her answer and smiled slightly.
"Common then. Let's go. We have to tell this to everyone. ", said Devansh and forwarded his hand to her.
Trisha blushed furiously and put her hand in his hand.
Devansh chuckled looking at Trisha's face and said, " you know red is my favorite colour. "
Trisha looked at him confused and thought, "why is he telling me his favorite color suddenly. " After sometime staring at him She said , "Mine is White and black. "
Devansh nodded his head with a smile and both went towards living room.
On reaching living room Trisha took her hand back from his hold. Devansh then stopped walking. Devansh looked down at his hand and then stared at Trisha frowning. Trisha gestured him to look ahead where her and his parents were sitting through her eyes. Devansh understood why she pulled her hand back and nodded his head.
Both went there and sat on there respective place.
"So, What have you both decided. ", asked Aniket.
"So, Trisha and I have decided that we are ready to marry after 20 days. ", Devansh said.
" Is it true princess. ", asked Aniket to Trisha.
Trisha nodded her head and said yes.
" Congratulations Mr and Mrs Roy. We are going to be relative soon. " , said Raghvan singhania.
All congratulated each other. There was happiness in the surrounding. All were happy. Trisha and Devansh were staring at each other and smiling lost in there own world.
After all this all went to dinning room for dinner. After dinner Singhania's took their leave.
Devansh was feeling restless. He didn't wanted to leave yet. But ignoring his emotions he sadly smiled at Trisha and sat in the car and and stared the car.
Soon the car was out of the sight. All went inside and directly went to their rooms.
Trisha locked the door of room and layed on her bed. Devansh sad smiling face was still roaming in the front of her eyes. She wanted to talk with him, but unfortunately she didn't have his number. She sighed and changed her clothes to nightwear and went to balcony. She sat on the beanbag and started gazing at the stars. Soon sleep took over her.
