In an instant, the door was pulled open. Zera stood beside it. "Please, come in," she said.
Orion nodded and stepped inside. They moved toward the sitting area and sat down.
"I wasn't expecting you to visit so soon," Zera said.
It had only been a few hours since he last met her, and since her awkward request, she hadn't expected him to return so quickly.
"I came to speak with Margona," Orion responded.
Zera was surprised by the reason for his visit but quickly composed herself and nodded in understanding. Her body shone with a bright flash of light, and instantly, she transformed into Margona.
